Cabin Light (Small)

1)Monthly checking and servicing the lifts and submit the service reports

2) Attending to the lifts when called upon

3) Repairing, overhauling the components of the equipment at site including replacement of wornt out parts when found necessary and submit the reports, lubricating the bearings of motor and fans when found necessary

4) Replacement of ropes when found necessary.

5) Rewinding of motors replacement of V3F, door operators, cabin PCBs and motors board, limit switches, indicators etc., is under scope of contract except Car enclosure's, car flooring, hoist way enclosure, hoist way and car door, door and gate handles, door beading, door glasses, door frames, skills push box covers in landings and car electric incoming mains, main switch, EPABX Telephone intercom, fan and light fittings mirror, alarm bell and buzzer, emergency light, alarm device and batteries.

6)The lifts are to be repaired or rectified within 24 hours from the hour of defective condition for minor repairs. If major repairs are required the lift defects must be rectify within 15 days otherwise a penalty of Rs.1000/- per day.

Note: Service reports should be send to concern DE(Elec)-I and Dy.EE(Elec)-East, AE/AEE(Elec.) - Alipiri section soon after every service.
