Previous experience details on vaccination to stray dogs for at least 19,553 numbers, satisfactorily in any one of the three financial years, i.e., 2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26 and should not have had any major registered complaints with respect to the violation of ABC rules-2023 and prevention of cruelty to animals (PCA) Act, 1960. Further there should be any active FIR against NGO/Veterinary.: 30 points will be allocated
