Supply and install in repairs of HT 11 KV out door type Isolator air break switch suitable for horizontal mounting fixed type complete with 9 insulators of rating upto 400 Amps complete all as directed.

Material & Labour for repair of 11 KV DO Fuse unit Channel type with all types of fixing arrangement complete including dismantling all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for repair of Disc type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator single disc assembly including galvanized mild steel spindle,Two galvanazed iron washer and one galvanazed nut,100 mm height , 65mm dia 11000 Volts grade complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for repair of end termination heat shrinkable Indoor type kit complete with jointing material and accessories for HT 11 KV 120 Sqmm 3 core cable including testing. all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Make : Raychem RPG /3M or equivalent

Material & Labour for repair for making straight through heat shrinkable joint for HT 11 KV XLPE cable 240 Sqmm 3 Core complete including testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Make : Raychem RPG /3M or Equivalent.

Material & Labour for repair for making straight through heat shrinkable joint for HT 11 KV XLPE cable 120 Sqmm 3 Core complete including testing all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make :Raychem RPG /3M or Equivalent

Maintenance and complete over hauling of HT RMU/VCB’s including disassembling of operating mechanism parts, well cleaning with petrol CRC 226, replacing unserviceable parts and accessories like spring, gasket, coils, nuts, bolts and washers etc, oiling and greasing of moving parts, re-assembling, fine setting of mechanism, well cleaning and de-carbonizing of arc control pot, fixed and moving contact, testing of Gas Pressure including checking testing, tripping check of HT RMU VCB’s making perfect operational in manual and electric mode including maintenance and cleaning the complete panel board bus bar, de-carbonizing all joints, bus bar CT’s metal parts, replacing unserviceable parts and components etc. complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Spare parts for VCB/RMU will be measured and paid separately.

Material and Labour for maintenance and overhauling of ACB up to 1600 Amps capacity including de-assembly all operating mechanism parts, well cleaning with petrol CRC 226, replacing unserviceable parts and accessories, oiling/ greasing of moving parts, cleaning of all pole partition hylem sheet, isolating contacts, re-assembly, fine setting of mechanism and pole assembly and making ACB perfect operational including well cleaning the complete panel bus bars chamber, insulator, partition etc and checking of insulation resistance of ACB and main bus bar complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Spare parts for ACB to be measured and paid separately.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of CT 11 KV epoxy type ratio 60/30/5+5 Amps accuracy Class-I single pole ( Three core type) fixing on existing 11 KV panel including necessary connections, any modification required, addition/alteration required for fixing CT in existing 11 KV panel complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs analog meter with multifunction meters with 3 lines LCD display of voltage, current and frequency and power factor size 96x96 sqm flush mounted case accuracy class I.

Material and Labour for painting of HT switches complete with synthetic enamel paint two coats by spray painting approved colour after cleaning of surface/rusted portion including sign writing i.e. MES/SM No Make/ Capacity etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair/Maintenance of LT Panel board by taking shut down, removing of carbon particles, rubbing of heated portion of bus bar and cleaning complete by means of CRC-226/Petrol tightening of all joints in bus bar, checking of earth and neutral voltage and make a record, replacement of u/s nuts/bolts/washers including replacement of corroded glands, lugs/ thimbles and tightening them properly including Painting of external surface after rubbing scrapping waste diposited material, appliying primer , with two coat of enamel paint of approved shade all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : (Spares required will be measured and paid separately)
