SURVEY, DESIGN & AS-BUILT DRAWING: Conducting route survey under this scope and in consonance of the approved scope relevant ongoing projects (if any) on command area map along the road, fixing up alignment, taking levels at every 50 m intervals , and at each crossing & junction of road, change of alignment by qualified surveyors and with modern equipment viz. GPS, Total Station / DGPS and preparation of drawing in Auto CAD and GIS format as per instruction of Engineer - in - Charge showing the alignment of road, route of pipeline, location of Head Works & other intake sites, important land marks in both side of the roads, habitation by hatch mark and submission of 3 (Three) copies of drawing (Hard Copy) as well as soft copy in (CD or DVD) with geo reference of all landmarks, important road crossings, head Works, Design of the complete project, As built drawing & other related sites of proposed areas as directed. Survey Work also Includes Household survey for finalizing house survey connections- Entire water supply scheme Hydraulic desiginging and modelling of proposed water supply main lines, distribution system, and structural design of components (if any) included in proposed water supply system completely in all respect. Any changes as required after re-designing (if needed) the system shall be informed to the Engineer-in-Charge and after approval shall be executed entire project area as directed.

Schedule III : Raw Water Transmission main
DI - K9 Pipes for Raw water Pipes and Specials: - Design, supply, laying, hydro-testing, S&S Centrifugally Cast Ductile Iron double chamber Class K-9 pressure pipes conforming to IS : 8329:2000 with restrained joints (bolt less), all complete. Provision of DI Specials of class K-12 for push-on Jointing. Providing and laying Class K-12 Ductile Iron double chamber restrained joint (bolt less) specials such as tees, bends, collars, tapers and caps etc. conforming to IS : 9523 including testing of joints all complete. Providing and laying D.I. Specials of Class K - 12 suitable for mechanical jointing as per IS : 9523. Schedule IV : Proposed Water Treatment Plant (8.80 MLD)
A) Civil works for Proposed WTP: Design, supply, construction, installation, testing and commissioning of Complete Water Treatment Plant of capacity 8.80 MLD (in 22 hours of operation and with raw water from source) with suitable design in conformity with the CPHEEO Manual and all relevant BIS Code of practices with latest amendment, current at the time of design & execution, having provision for Aeration, Flash Mixer & Flash Mixer Channel, including all necessary Mechanical Work suitable for smooth & trouble free operation of the plant Clariflocculator, Sludge Sump, Filter & Chemical House, Pure Water SUmp, Centrufuge Building, Recycling Sump, Elevated Channel, Tonner Room, WTP MCC Room & Transformer Platform, Security Cabim, STaff Quarter for WTP, Internal roads for proposed WTP, WTP Electromechanical equipments along with internal drain pipeand other pipe (HDPE 6 kG and DI-K7/K9 and compound wall with all necessary electrical fittings & fixtures viz., light / fan / power socket etc., all complete, as directed and specified and any other works as directed by Engineer in charge/ employer.
B) MECHANICAL WORKS FOR NEW PROPOSED WTP:- Design, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of Proposed Centrifugal Pump 75 HP, 112 LPS, 24 Mtr Head, ( 2 Nos) including all necessary electrical and other installation works (Pump and Motor MOC and other parameters comply to Technical Specification) , Induction Motor, Electric Valve actuator, Reflux Valve, Kinetic Air Valve,MS Structural Steel Work for necessary support for Panel Board, Sluice Valve, Delivery line and necessary lifting arrangements. MSDF pipes and specials, MSDF dismantling joint, flanged joints with M.S Flanges and CC Foundation, with other important accessories like Pressure Gauge. Hand Operated Travelling Crane of 5 MT capacity with completec chain Pulley and ISI mark as pe the detailed specification of 8 mtr span along with Square Bar and DSL. All the Mechanical works Should Comply the Technical Specification and any other works as directed by Engineer in charge/ employer.

Elevated Service Reservoir :-Design, construction, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of 3(Three) Zonal Over head service reservoirs of Circular/Rectangular shape, RCC framed staging of capacities 10.34 LL MBR 10.5 m staging at WTP Campus, 11.60 LL @ 22 m staging for Zone-2 and 18.60 LL @ 22 m staging for Zone-4 at locations under the command areas to be served. RCC Reservoir having adequate foundation including excavation along with the lift and lead, Providing and Laying Cement concrete adn ready mix design mix concrete for the works up to the plinth level and M-30 Grade concrete for all the works above the plinth level. A) House Service Connection: Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC)/ PPR pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC/PPR plain & brass threaded fittings This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. Providing and supply of water meter, meter box and other components. Labour work for fixing of water meter (Water meter supplyed by SMC free of cost). Providing, Supplying and Fixing of Strap Saddle. Providing and fixing brass ferrule with C.I. mouth cover including boring and tapping the main. Providing and fixing ball valve (brass) of approved quality, High or low pressure, with plastic floats complete, road restoration as per exisiting condition, commiissoning in complete as directed.

Schedule-X : HT Connection and Transformer Charges and any other works as directed by Engineer/ Authority
Operation & Maintenance: The commissioning, running, and maintaining of the scheme for five years encompasses expenses related to consumables, establishment, operation, and maintenance repairs. Essential consumables such as alum, chlorine, and lime are vital for water treatment processes, ensuring the distribution of safe and clean water. Establishment costs include various operational needs, such as staff salaries, employment of operators and valve men, and other administrative and logistical expenses required for the seamless operation of the water supply infrastructure. Regular inspections, servicing of mechanical components, and replacing worn-out parts are necessary to prevent system failures and ensure continuous operation. This involves routine maintenance activities like cleaning and repairing pipelines, pumps, and valves, as well as addressing unforeseen damages. Effective repairs and maintenance are crucial to minimize downtime, reduce the risk of major breakdowns, and extend the lifespan of the water supply infrastructure and any other works. Upon completion of the five-year period, the scheme will be handed over to the Local Body/Municipal Board and any other works as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (EXCLUDING ELECTRICAL CHARGES)
