Excavation for road way in hilly areas in all heights and depths and in all kinds of soil by manual/ mechanical means, including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, soft rock, hard rock chiseling or wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil complete including setting out true to the required lines grades, cutting and trimming of side slopes, camber, super elevation and levels shown as per the drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in Charge complete in conformity with the requirements of MORD Technical Specification section 300 and 1600 and sorting out and stacking of useful materials with in all leads and lifts of material in acquired road width and transporting of un-useful materials for filling in road ways, camber, embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all surplus materials to the approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load or animal transport or by mechanical means including leveling, fine dressing and carriage of machineries, materials, tools, equipments and safety measures and other incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour if required. . Any loss to the public/private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be compensated by him to the extent of damage occurred in all cases. The rate is including Octroi, Royality, Malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lift transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with all lead as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 and as per the entire satisfactions and directions of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate including Octroi, Royality, Malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Earth work in excavation in foundation for all types of structures such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains, parapets and other similar structures in all kinds and classification of soil, including saturated soil comprising of ordinary mix soil, ordinary rock, hard rock, chiseling/ wedging out rocks (where blasting is prohibited) complete in accordance with the lines and dimensions shown on the drawings, including setting out, construction of shoring, bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of excavated material upto any leads and lifts including dressing of sides and bottom and obstructions necessary for placing the foundations, trimming, leveling ramming and watering bottom of excavation and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable approved materials to the original surface in layers not exceeding 15cm (fifteen centimeter) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub-soil water) up to any depth and any quantum of water and cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering complete as per drawing and MORD Technical Specification clause 305.1 and as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain cement concrete 1:5:10 (One cement isto five sand isto ten graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm(Forty millimeter) nominal size), in or under water in Retaining wall/breast wall and the like etcetera complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering (surface/sub soil water)including removal of slush which may arise at time of laying under water for all heights/depths and any quantum of water, including cost of form work and curing complete for 14 (fourteen) days and as per drawing and MORD Technical specification section 800, 900,1200 and 1600 and as per entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, GST, toll tax, sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 100mm (one Hundred millimeter) dia ISI marked P.V.C. pipe Weep Holes in brick masonry/stone masonry plain/ reinforcement concrete abutments, wing wall/ return wall, retaining walls and breast walls, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1(V): 20H (One vertical isto twenty Horizontal) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification clause 614,709,1204.3.7 and as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete, including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Back filling behind abutment Retaining wall/Breast wall, Wing walls and the like with approved granular materials complete as per drawings and MORD technical specification clause 1604.7 and section 300 as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement isto four sand isto eight graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeter) nominal size) for plain cement concrete, in or under water in open foundation for all types of structures, including pumping or bailing out water/ dewatering (surface/sub-soil water) and including removal of slush which may arise at the time of laying under water for all heights/depth and any quantum of water including cost of form work and curing complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 and as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material with in all leads lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain cement concrete Grade M-15 (M-Fifteen) Nominal mix 1:2½:5 (one cement isto two and half sand isto five graded crushed stone aggregate (40mm) forty millimeter nominal size) in open foundation or under water, including pumping or bailing out water/ dewatering (surface and sub-soil water) and removal of the slush which may arise at the time of laying under water, for all heights/depths and any quantum of water, in open foundation etcetera including cost of form work and curing complete as per MORD technical specification section 800, 900 & 1200 and as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, GST, toll tax, sale tax, or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain/reinforced cement concrete Grade-M-25 (M-Twenty five) nominal mix 1:1.5:3 (One cement isto one and half sand isto three graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty millimetre) nominal size in open foundation as per drawing and MORD technical specification clause 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 including the cost of form work and curing complete but excluding cost of reinforcement for reinforced concrete work as per satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials up to all leads, lifts. The rates including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, toll tax, sale tax. GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Loosening original ground upto thirty centimetre below sub-grade level and compacting by rolling with Road rollar 8-10kN static weight at OMC to achieve the required density as per Tables 300.1 and 300.2 of MORD Technical Specification clause 303 and as per direction and the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials up to all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of granular sub-base 125mm (one hundred twenty five millimeter) consolidated thick by providing well graded materials, (Grading-I) spreading in uniform layers with tractor mount grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel 80-100kN (eighty to hundred) static roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401 for rural roads table 400.1 and as per direction and the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials up to all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, GST, toll tax, sale tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing laying, spreading by mechanically means and compacting to 75mm (seventy five millimeter) compacted thickness, crushed stone aggregates of Grading-II, 63mm to 45mm (sixty three millimeter to forty five millimeter) nominal size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness using templates, hand packing rolling with three wheeled roller 80-100 (eighty to hundred) kN static weight in stages to proper grade and camber including applying and brooming with stone screening Type-B of size 11.2mm (Eleven point two millimetre) nominal size at the rate of 0.20 (zero point two zero) cubic meter per 10 Sqm. (ten square metre) and binding material at the rate 0.06cum (Zero point zero six cubic metre) per ten square metre of road surface to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per MORD Technical specification clause 405 and as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-I) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface with hydraulic brooms and spraying primer with bitumen emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.85 kg (zero point eight five kilogramme) per square meter of road surface as per MORD Technical specification clause 502 as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rates including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, GST, toll tax, sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion RS-I, including cleaning the road surface with hydraulic brooms and spraying with emulsion pressure distributor at the rate 0.275 kg (zero point two seven five kilogramme) per square meter on the prepared granular surface treated with primer complete as per MORD Technical specification clause 503, and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rates including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, GST, toll tax, sale tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing, laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20mm (twenty millimeter) compacted thickness, composed of type-A 13.2mm to 5.6mm (thirteen point two millimeter to five point six millimeter) aggregates at the rate of 0.27 cum (zero point two seven cubic meter) premixed with bitumen binder Viscosity grade -Ten (VG-10(Ten) bitumen, at the rate of 14.6 kgs (fourteen point six kilogram) per 10 (ten) square meter of road surface, to the required line, grade and level to serve as wearing coarse on a previously prepared base including mixing and heating binder and aggregate in hot mix plant of 30/40 (thirty/forty) tonne per hour capacity transporting mixed materials with tipper and laying with paver finisher hydrostatic with sensor attachment and rolling with three wheeled 80-100 (eighty to hundred) kN static roller finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of type-B complete as per MORD Technical specification clause 508 and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge excluding the cost of tack coat and seal coat but including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying seal coat for sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross falls using Type-B as per technical specification clause 510 using bitumen VG-10 (viscosity grade-ten) at the rate of 6.80kg (six point eight zero kilogramme) premixed with 0.06 (zero point zero six) cubic meter of fine aggregate per 10 Sqm. (Ten square meter) of road surface heated in mini hot mix plant and laying manually of mixed material and rolling with power road roller 80-100 (eighty to hundred) kN static roller, as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rates including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.
