Assisting ORSAC for Boundary line DGPS & Safety Zone DGPS survey work, Boundary Demarcation along with DDM, Talcher & other statutory officials and organizing village meetings & liasioning with villagers where Boundary & Safety Zone Pillars will be posted & DGPS survey is to be carried out. * Statutory Fees is to be paid by NALCO to ORSAC for conducting DGPS Survey work.

Assisting and liasioning with ORSAC for Preparation and finalise DGPS surveyed Map, authentication of DGPS map and other documents by ORSAC, DDM Talcher and Other statutory authorities

Supply the required quality and quantity of pillars as per the Notification of Ministry of Mines and as desired by DDM, Talcher. Pillars casting, coloring, Numbering, shifting / transportation of Pillars to the desired site, posting by grouting around periphery of Utkal-D coal block boundary and safety zone area under lease as per statue. Boundary Pillar casting, posting, constructed and maintained around periphery and Safety zone of Utkal-D Coal Block will have to be carried out as per Rule-4 of the Mineral Concession (Second amendment) Rules’2014 and any other rules, act, amendment there off.

Finalizing the above pillar posting lease map mentioning location and numbering of Boundary Pillars and Safety Zone Pillars as require and authentication of the same.

Liasioning with different statutory authorities for inspection of boundary pillar posting and DGPS survey work (if required) and Watch and ward of the Pillars till the Survey, final inspection by DDM, Talcher, other statutory authorities and till Mining Lease Deed Execution for Utkal-D Coal Block completed.
