Distempring (two coats ) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on decorated wall surface to give and even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface clean of all grease dirt loose pieces of scales and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth Complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in charge with in all leads and lifts .

Removing old paint or polish from wood and wood based surface with paint remover or approved brands and manufacturing and making the surface even with complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge with in all leads and lifts .

Removing old paint from steel and other metal surfaces & making the surface even with hand scraping . complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge with in all leads and lifts .

Painting Two coat on wood and wood based surface with readymixed paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning off all dirt, dust foreign matter sand papering and stopping with ready mix paint other then white.complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge with in all leads and lifts .

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint brushing to give and even shade including cleaning of all dirt , dust and other foreign matter,with ready mixed paint other than white .Complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge with in all leads and lifts .

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, Grass, Brush Wood, Trees and saplings of girth upto 30 cm measured at a height of 1 meter above ground and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 20 meters outside the periphery of the area cleard.complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in Charge with in all leads and lifts . .

Removal of Silt, boulder and sand etc from pump house by manual means up to a distance of 20 mtr disposing of un serviceable materials, stackig serviceable material and neatly dressing the surface as per the complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.(non-schedule item & rate quated are market rate)

Removal of dry or oil bound distempering by washing and scraping and sand prepairing the wall surface smooth including the necessary repair to scratches complete in all respect as per the direction of Engnieer in Charge within all leads and lifts.

Applying Birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after throughly brushing the surface free from mortor, drops, dust, loose material and other forign matter sand paper smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete in all leads and lifts.

Applying Priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content with water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/ Litre. complete in all respect as per the direction of Engnieer in Charge within all leads and lifts.

Painting one coat (excluding priming coat) on previosly painted concrete/ mosonary/ plastered surface with Emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacturing for use on floor to give an even shade, including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other freign matter and sand papering as required. complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and Fixing Hydroulic Door Closer of approved brand/ manufacturer complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge with in all leads and lifts .

Providing and Fixing Brass Bib Cock. complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge with in all leads and lifts .

Providing and Suppling oof Belco Heat Pillar . complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge with in all leads and lifts .

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring along with earth wire with the following size of PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in suface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required. complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge with in all leads and lifts .
