Excavation in foundation and trenches etc. in earth work in all kind of soils such as pick work jumper work,saturated soil including blasting soft/hard rock, chiseling soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, levelling of bed, stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the excavated soil in 15cm. layers when required into plinths,side of foundations etc including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming , watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil as directed in all leads & lifts and shoring strutting, timbering where ever required as per direction & best satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centring and shuttering in foundation and plinth including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Random rubble masonry/polygonal rubble masonry (un-coursed/brought to courses) with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including levelling up with C.C 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 sand :12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) in CM 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand) including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks (Ist class) in super structure above plinth level upto floor two level in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand ) including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Half brick masonary using common burnt clay building bricks (Ist class) in super structure above plinth level upto floor two level in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in foundation and plinth including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing of Fencing panel of size 2.5 m x 0.50 m by fixing duly welded back to back angle at centre frame, fitted with 2.5 mm x 2.5 mm x 3 mm wire mesh welded to MS angle frame of size 40x40x3 mm all around and MS flat cover mesh of size 25x5 mm and Hold fasts etc. cutting, welding, painting with red oxide paint including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

20 mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/concrete stone walls for interior plastering up to floor two levels including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand) including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint In gratings framed guard bars, ladders, railling, brackets and similar works complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per direction and best satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
