Replacement of following Siemens make faulty equipment , by removing the faulty equipment and programming the new device with the Siemens programmer and install the same and configuring the same in Fire panel to make the Addressable fire alarm panel fully functional a) Addressable Smoke cum heat detector

Supply & installation of single headed external hydrant valve with 1 no 63 mm dia instantaneous SS cooling & cast iron wheel ISI marked conforming to IS 5290 with blank cap & chain as required

Replacement of wear out hose reel pipe of dai 20 mm with new water Hose thermoplastic pipe as per IS 12585 complete as required

Wrapping & coating of 150 mm dia MS pipe with 1 coat of bitumen paint and wrapping the pipe with 4 mm thick coating sheet complete as required

Excavation of the ground for laying 150 mm dia MS pipe, the job include cutting the RCC and digging the earth and of suitable depth for laying the pipe and refilling the soil after laying of pipe.

Replacement of rusted and broken 25 mm dia Ball valve with new ball valve complte as required .

Replacement of wear out mechanical seal ( 2 nos seal) in the Main electric pump, by removing the pump from the location with the help of chain pulley block taking it to workshop for replacement of seal and taking it back to site and refixing the same

Repairing of the leakage of existing sluice & Non return valve by opening the same, removing the ols stem packing cleaning and it inside, fixing the new stem packing, placing the packing gland and tighten the same to stop leakage as required.

Replacement of the broken cable with new cu conductor 2x1.5 sq mm Armd FRLS cable on wall or cable tray complete with connection as required

Supply & fixing of 80 mm dia Butterfly valve PN 1.6, with nut & bolts etc complete as required

Replacement faulty battery of fire panel with new 2x 12V 7 Ah battery complete with thimble etc as required

Less credit for old dismantled material shall be property of contractor.
