Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete M-30 design mix using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations including raft, footings , plinth beam, bases for columns, basement slabs,under-reamed pile and mass concrete and similar work complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Reinforcement and formwork shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete M30 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in as in beams, cantilever, lintels over 1.5M span etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Reinforcement and formwork shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and Labour for reinforced cement concrete M30 design mix using 20mm graded stone aggregate in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and as directed Note: Reinforcement and formwork shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for providing cement concrete M30 desin mix using 20 mm graded stone aggregate cast in situ as in parapets/hand railing etc on walls, beams and colums in floors, roofs, landing, balconies, canopies, deck slab and in shelves, as directed including use of form work as necessary all as specified and as directed. Use and waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter for rough finished surfaces of concrete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for TMT bars(CRS/HCR), 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for TMT bars(CRS/HCR), 5 mm to 10 mm dia., cut to length, bent to shape required, in stirrups, spacers and binders and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for rendering 5mm thick cement plaster 1:4 in CM with 3% WPC over 10 mm thick on fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 with finished even and smooth (without extra lime or cement)

Material and Labour for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1: 3 on fair faces of concrete surfaces of ceiling finished even and smooth with out using extra cement, complete all as specified.

Supply only integral water proofing compound all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered/concrete surfaces of walls, providing one or more coats of Birla white wall care putty to achieve smooth surfaces and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion of approved shade/tint over a coat of compatiable priming paint complete all as specified.

Material and labour for Preparation of new ceiling surfaces including washing, rubbing down and stopping by brooming down, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying two coats of acrylic distemper, white tinted over a coat of primer on wall surfaces complete all as specified.

Material and labour preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of exterior emulsion (weather coat) paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Apex Ultima protek of Asian/Excel of Nerolac/weather coat of Berger

Material and Labour for light shade vitrified ceramic tiles 8-10 mm thick polished area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 Sqm, of any shade and any pattern (pattern consists combination of two or more tiles ) as in floor etc jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colored cement to match colour tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 and pointed in coloured cement to match coloured tiles complete complete all as specified and as directed. . Note:- (i) The colour, shade and pattern shall be approved by the GE during execution work. (ii) No extra cost shall be allowed for Removing and refixing and necesary cutting of door etcif any required during execution of work.

All as per item No.28 here-in-before but in vertical surfaces like skirting / dado over and including 8-10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:3 etc all as specified and directed. NOTE: The Colour,shade and pattern shall be approved by the GE during execution work. No extra cost sahll be allowed for removing and refixing and necessary cutting of door etc if any required during execution of work.

Non-skid coloured glazed ceramic tiles of any shade and any pattern of size (pattern consists combination of two or more tiles) 400 x 400 x 8 to 10mm thick, over and including 15 mm thick screed brd in CM 1:6 as in floors etc. jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colored cement to match coloured tiles complete complete all as specified and as directed. . Note:- (i) The colour, shade and pattern shall be approved by the GE during execution work. (ii) No extra cost shall be allowed for Removing and refixing and necesary cutting of door etcif any required during execution of work.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 450 x 300 x 7 to 8 mm in vertical surface such as dados, set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and including backing coat of 10mm thick in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Granite 18 mm thick ( of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platform and the like and laid over and including 20 mm thick cement mortar 1 : 4 including pointing in white cement using marble dust in 1:2 with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for rounding to edges of Granite slabs one edge, such as in steps cooking plateform, and other similar situation complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for red earth/moorum without pebbles obtained from outside MD land, laid in layers not exceeding 15 Cm thick, spreading , levelling, rammed and watering complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for hard core with broken stone or boulders of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread, and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 100 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floors including necessary form work all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix PVC door frame size 50 mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm single side prelam PVC sheet and edges will be painted to match with prelaminated sheet reinforced with MS square tube supplying & fixing in opening as per specification complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix factory made solid PVC moulded door shutter, 28 to 30 mm thick (stiles), with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2 mm thick Moulded PVC Sheet on the front face & 2 mm plain colour PVC sheet on back face, with wood free EPS supplying & fixing in frame at site as per specification and drawing given in SSR Part-II complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix aluminium powder coated (Thickness or powder coating not less than 50 micron) frame for doors,windows, ventilators with one or more rebates with joint clip and using rubber beading etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Quoted rate shall be inclusive of rubber beading, glazing clips. Glass panel/particle board panel filling shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern of DG 102, 100 x 10 mm x 7 mm thick with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement, specified and directed.

Supply and fix sheet glass plane of ordinary quality of thickness 4mm & glazing with oil putty in square not exc 0.5 sqm in each pane, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing 5.5 mm thick frosted sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane for fixing in aluminium joinery including necessary beading as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for Aluminium alloy wire cloth 0.45 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and directed including takig down old unservicable one.

Material and Labour for pre-laminated particle board 12 mm thick, interior grade, prelaminated both side with decorative choice lamination, fixed with screws in timber frame work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25 mm thick aluminium ally sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover, govering pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge thickness including nainital or similar pattern roof/wall coverings complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing pre-colour coated high tensile strength corrugated galvalume sheet roofing with yield strength (550 MPA) prepainted with aluminium (55%) and zinc (45%) alloy coating applied through continous hot dip process having tatal coated thickness (TCT) of 0.50mm with minimum coating mass on both sides @ 150 gms/sqm in length and width as per site condition fixed with complete acessories as per manufacturer's instructions through specialist agency complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix rolled mild steel in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats conforming to Fe-410W(Gde E-250) quality A complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces over 10 cm wide or girth including preparation of surface etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix PVC profile in wall panelling/ceiling of surface laminated any pattern and an shape of 7 to 10 mm thickness and any colour at any position over a grid of galvanised iron channels is installed on the wall which works as a base to install PVC profile panels each panels have to interlock with each other complete all as per manufactures instruction

Material and labour for Sub main wiring using two runs of single core PVC insulated cable(FRLS) 4 sqmm copper conductor multi stranded and one run of 4 sqmm copper conductor insulated cable (FRLS)using as earth wire drawn through and including suitable size non metallic rigid PVC conduit not less than 25mm dia with accessories including taking down old aluminium/Copper Sub main wirng complete all as specified and directed. Note- 3 run of 4 sq mm PVC copper wire and One run of PVC conduit shall be measured and paid as one unit.

Schedule of Credit (Minus) Rs.5600.00 NOTE: Bidder shall insert credit amount of Rs. 5600.00 as rate in Green field under Col-13.
