Part-B (Civil, Dismantling & Erection)

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drain including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms etc. in all kinds of soil including disposal of surplus soil, if any to a suitable place including cost of labour and T&P complete in all respect as per the direction of engineer incharge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering with all works upto plinth level in following ratios including cost of material, labour and T&P complete in all respect as per the direction of engineer incharge.

Ratio 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size).

Ratio 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

12mm plaster work of mix ratio 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand).

M.S. work in heavy section in trenches including cutting, moulding, bending and welding complete in all respect as per the direction of engineer incharge.

Structural steel work riveted bolted or welded in built up sections trusses and framed work including supply, cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Brick work with common burnt clay FPS (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in ratio of 1 cement : 4 coarse sand.

Erection of bolted type suspension fitting suitable for ACSR panther conductor.

Erection of PVC copper control cable (Armoured) (2.5mm x 4Core) by laying, cutting, ferruling, termination alongwith perforated cable tray as per the cable schedule including cost of all labour and T&P complete in all respect as per the direction of engineer incharge.

Making jumpering arrangements with ACSR panther conductor by cutting of conductor to required size for jumpering between main/transfer bus bar and equipments including bending, shaping, fixing of required clamp/connector with proper alignment and tightening as per line diagram as per direction of engineer incharge.

Dismantling of old and existing 33KV CTs alongwith their Junction Boxes, cable etc. from existing foundations.

Dismantling of existing lattice type auxilliary structure of 33KV CTs from old foundations.

Erection of galvanized steel lattice type structure with hardware for Bus Post Insulator, Isolators including Nut & Bolts etc.

Erection of old 33KV CTs on new foundation including erection of Junction Boxes and all clamps and connector complete in all respect as per the direction of engineer incharge.

Erection of 33KV Double Break Isolator, 3-Phase, 1250 Amps (Without Earth Switch) complete in all respect as per the direction of engineer incharge.

Erection of 33KV Bus Post Insulator complete in all respect as per the direction of engineer incharge.

Earthing of all main and auxilliary structure and equipment structures complete in all respect as per the direction of engineer incharge.

Complete checking, testing and commissioning of 33KV TBC bay arrangement including testing of CTs, CBs etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of engineer incharge.
