Supply and fixing 50mm bore Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete and taking off the old fittings (including sweating off soldered joints where required), closing the opening with plug or preparing for new as required and removing old fittings from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 25mm bore Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete and taking off the old fittings (including sweating off soldered joints where required), closing the opening with plug or preparing for new as required and removing old fittings from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing gunmetal non-return valve-horizontal (screwed end) 80 mm dia fixed with iron wheel bead screwed both ends for pipe and taking off the old fittings (including sweating off soldered joints where required), closing the opening with plug or preparing for new as required and removing old fittings from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out unserviceable spindle from the sluice valves and renewing with new stainless steel spindle with bolts, nuts, and chuck nuts complete for 80 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying 62.5 mm inner dia CPVC Schedule 80 pipes & plain CPVC Schedule 80 fittings on walls/ceilings or laying in floors including taking down old rusted GI tubing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying 25 mm outer dia CPVC SDR13.5 pipes and plain SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceilings or laying in floors and taking down old rusted GI tubing and complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing CPVC flange of inner dia 62.5 mm dia including removing the existing unserviceable GI flange etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix pressure guage complete with suitable size of connecting pipe and taps etc of range 0 to 70 Kg/cm2 inlcuding removing the existing unserviceable pressure guage complete with connecting pipes, taps hole in the pumping line of any size complete all as specified and as directed.

Opening of the centrifugal pump set of any model and capacity including opening the motor, checking the serviceability of spares and renewing with new spare parts, electric connection, replacement of gaskets, bush, etc., for smooth running for 3 HP to 5 HP complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) spares such as gasket, grease, bolt, nuts and washers, shaft sleeve, bush, gland packing etc. are deemed to be included in the cost of servicing. (ii)Bearing and bearing housing block if required to be replaced will be measured & paid separately under relevent items.

Material and labour for removing the unserviceable winding from the motor, cleaning the starter slots, rewinding with appropriate size and or existing super enamelled copper winding wire and insulating to the existing class of insulation, cleaning the starter assmbly including fixing of terminal, copper lugs etc., testing and assemebling of 3 phase motor of 3 to 5 HP capacity all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for display board of size (750mm x 1000mm) made out of acryilic sheet 2mm thick fixed on 12mm thick plywood & 20mm wide aluminium beeding all around the sheet deges including 2nos key holes for hanging & 40mm batten to be fixed on wall for bottom supports. The board shall include description of pump/ motor/ any other machinery/ layout/chematic diagram of water/electric supply system etc all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Letters/diagrams made out of computer aided print in acrylic material of any colour as specified, pasted on sheet for the description/details given seperately for each board fixing the same at E/M installations as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including fixtures and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing unserviceable materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down unserviceable main switch/DB, Teak wood boards etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable Sub main wiring and making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for point wiring surface type with single core 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed single core multistranded copper conductor cable (FRLSH ) including 1.5 Sqmm PVC FRLSH insulated unsheathed copper conductor as earth continuity conductor drawn in and including ISI marked PVC casing caping not less than 20mm width with its accessories, and fixed in existing sunk boxes and covered with new 3.00 mm thick ISI marked laminated sheet cover and brass screw with cup washers for fixing switches/sockets/regulators etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
