The bidder should have experience in supplying same items to any Mines. Experience Requirement Clause: a. If the bidder is manufacturer, then they should have manufactured and supplied the same items. The quantity supplied should be at least 80% of the total quantity required under this tender in any one of the following financial years: 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25. Note: For Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs), the minimum supply requirement shall be 40% in any one of the following financial years: 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25. b) Tenders submitted by authorized representatives/agents of eligible manufacturers may also be considered, provided the following conditions are met: 1. The Manufacturer must meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above in full and must furnish an authorization letter in the prescribed format, assuring full guarantee and warranty obligations for the goods supplied. 2. The Authorized Representative/Agent must have supplied supplied 30% of the tendered quantity during any one of the financial years: 2022-23, 2023-24 or 2024-25. Note: All tenderers must enclose relevant supporting documents, such as Purchase Order copies, as proof of compliance with the above criteria.

The manufacturers or authorized dealers/distributors are eligible. The authorized dealers/ distributors shall submit valid authorization letter from the manufacturer in the letterhead as per prescribed format mentioned in Annexure- II. For Manufacturers they should submit valid Copy of PESO License.

Manufacturing Capability: 1. The bidder should submit list of Machineries held towards manufacturing as per Annexure B. 2. The bidder should indicate the capacity of the Manufacturing Facility and meeting tender requirement, so that they are capable of supply of entire tender requirement within 10 days from the date of issue of Purchase order on them, as per Annexure B.

Financial Capability: a) The average annual financial turnover of the tenderer should not be less than Rs.30 Lakhs, during the last three preceding financial years, namely: FY 2022-23 FY 2023-24 FY 2024-25. b) In case of Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs), the required average annual financial turnover shall be Rs.15 Lakhs, during the last two preceding financial years: FY 2023-24 FY 2024-25. The tenderer shall furnish the following as documentary proof for the financial capability criteria 1. Annual Turnover Certificate for the relevant financial years, duly certified by a Chartered Accountant, OR 2. Audited Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Statement for the relevant financial years, duly certified by a Chartered Accountant.

The bidder should have valid ISO 9001:2015 Certificate. The bidder should furnish valid certificate of ISO 9001:2015.
