Filteration of transformer oil of step down 11 KV / 0.433 KV indoor/outdoor type Transformer installed at different sub stations/locations using filtration and heating equipment at site by re-circulating transformer oil heating, dehydration and improving di-electric strength of the oil to withstand 60 KV for one minute including testing of oil as specified and directed.Notes: (a) The contractor will take shut down orders in working before commencement of the work from Engineer-in-charge. (b) The contractor shall ensure no wastage at transformer oil. (c) The Contractor is solely responsible for any damage to the transformer during filetration operations. He is responsible for making good any damage to the transformer at his own cost without any extra cost to the department (d) The contractor shall ensure that the conservator tanks are full to its level before starting the dehydration (e) The di-electric strength of oil shall be tested before & after filtration. Test results shall be submitted to Engineer-in-charge

Supply and filling fresh Transformer Oil of BDV not less than 50 KV for topping up of reduced level of the transformer duly filtered with filtration plant all as specified and as directed. Make : Power Oil/ Electrol/ Servo.Note : (a) The transformer oil shall be type EHV confirming to IS - 3351983(b) Mineral oil grade shall be used.(c) The transformer oil should have a high dielectric strength not less than 60 KV/Min

Supply & Fix new Gun metal gate valve of 25 mm dia bore [Class-II, 1.6 Mpa] with ISI mark an diron wheel head, screwed both ends to GI pipes including taking down old unserviceable valve all as specifeid and and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair silica gel breather assembly transparent type with first fill of silica gel suitable for 1 kg breather Transformers complete including connecting with proper rubberized gasket complete including necessary GI fitting complete all as specified and directed. Material and labour for Spray painting with Silicon Acrylic heat resistant paint of approved quality & colour to indoor/outdoor type, step up/ down transformer of capacity up to 750 KVA, installed at different locations at DRDL Kalinga after thoroughly scrapping the existing corroded paint/ rust, filling of cavities complete without disturbing/ damaging the electrical network system including writing the details such as SM/ MES No, Capacity/ Rating/ Incoming and outgoing details all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of gang opearted air-break, triple pole of load switch with dropout fuse set with 15 insulator, mounted on channels outdoor, vertical mounting type HT 11 KV , 50 Hz o rating 200 Amps, ISI marked, mechanically operated, mounted on insulators and frame work with operating mechanism worked from ground level with adequate length of GI pipe 32 mm dia medium grade and locking arrangements including Godrej (Navtal) 65 mm pad locks with two keys, complete with fuse carriers and HT fuse element havfng 10 Amp rating suitable and including necessary electric connections complete all as speciied and as directed..

Dis-connecting the HT 11KV VCB panel indoor/ outdoor capacity ranging from 400 to 1200 Amp of any make, Over hauling of complete panel by taking out the trolley of the breaker, opening the total mechanism of breaker checking its contact, baffle plates and other minor parts, cleaning the complete accessories carefully. Minor repairs shall be rectified, Parts/accessories shall be cleaned, the tank, baffle plates, rotating contact, upper supports, lower supports, drive assembies and all other spare parts. Reassembled after repair/ replacement of the spare parts including relay calibration, testing of existing IDTM relay as per load parameter complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:-(i) Repair work shall be carried out only by the authorised technician for VCB. (ii) Spare parts as required for replacement of existing worn out parts shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items.(iii) Labour for replacement/fixing of the supply only items shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item.
