Minimum financial turnover (civil engineering construction works) not less than two times the annual payments from this contract (Rs. xxxxx Lakhs)

Satisfactoriy completed (atleast 90%) as prime contractor at-least one such similar work of value not less than Rs. xxxxxxx (80% of estimated cost of tender)

Executed in any one year the following minimum quantities of work (Cement Concrete - xxxx cum, Earthwork - xxxx cum, etc) (80% of peak rate of construction)

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Owning the following key and critical equipment for this work (xxxx, xxxx, xxxx)

Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs. xxxxxx Lakhs (estimated cash flow for 3 months of peak construction period)

Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise)

List of existing commitments and ongoing works

List of works for which tenders already submitted

Banker Details for reference

Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditor’s reports for the last five years

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

List of Financial Resources with Certificates

A copy of the valid EPF Registration Certificate.

A copy of the valid GST Registration Certificate.

The bidder (both bidders in case of consortium) must be registered in India under the Companies Act 1956/2013 having office in Karnataka

Bidder last five years ie from 2020 21 to 2024 25 satisfactly completed cont at least one similar nature of ie work award for inspection work using Drone fitted with High Resolution Cameras, Thermal Camera and Lidar Sensor for asset inspection work in any Government utilities in Karnataka value not less than the amount of Rs 46.50 lakhs in last 5 years ie 2020 21 to 2024 25 along with The Work done certific obtained from the officer not below rank of EE should be uploaded.the cost of works executed in previous years shall be updated to 2025 26 at 10 per per annum for the detail refer the tenderdoc

The intending bidder should have executed following minimum quantity of items in any one financial year in previous 5 financial years ie from 2020-21 to 2024-25 for which the necessary certificates issued by officers not below the rank of Executive Engineer shall be uploaded, Bidder should atleast Conducting UAS / Drone based inspection, reports generation and software for data viewing in any last 05 year ie from 2020 21 to 2024 25.equal to 1 no

The annual turnover of intending bidder shall be equal to the approximate amount put to tender that is Rs93.00 Lakhs in any two financial years during the last 5 years that is from 2020 21 to 2024 25 in all Classes of similar / service respective work category only. The audit Profit and Loss account certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant duly showing with UDIN along with income tax return should be uploaded for details Refer tender document

The requisite Earnest Money Deposit EMD through e cash only.

Scanned signature of the bidder authorized representative in case of a firm or company to be attached to the bid document. Also in case of authorized representative, scanned copy of power of attorney should be uploaded

The bidder should have deployed software for analytics in analytics Government utilities in Karnataka. The said software should be certified for security compliance vide audit performed by a Cert-in empanelled agency

The Tender should have liquid assets or availability of credit facilities of not less than 27.90 lakhs Credit lines / letter of credit / certificated from banks for meeting the funds requirements etc in Annexure-I enclosed to the Notification

Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value.
