SITC of necessary HVAC system including additional Supply Air and Exhaust Air System for IVC ventilators(Existing and New) and Upgradation and compatible integrated BMS system including PLC field controller and devices at the existing operational

1) Modification of the existing HVAC system as per the existing site condition to maintain design parammeter.This job includes necessary modification of ductwork, piping, electrical connections, and structural supports. All dismantled materials and debris to be removed and disposed as per instruction by the Engineering in-charge. Site preparation work including levelling, excavation, and backfilling as required for new installations. Construction of new foundations and structural supports for HVAC system and other electro-mechanical systems. All civil and structural works to be executed in accordance with the relevant drawing and specification duly approved by concerned Engineering in-charge. Construction of a new shed to house mechanical equipment. The scope includes roofing, cladding, supporting steel structures, and all necessary civil and structural works. Construction of a dedicated electrical room to accommodate the new MCC panel. Includes all required civil works (walls, roofing, flooring), structural framing, electrical provisions, lighting, ventilation etc. as required as per the site requirement 2) Upgradation of clean room system to keep provision for dedicated air lock room at the main entry corridor area. Air lock room should have minimum difference 5 Pa positive air pressure compare to the dirty corridor and entry corridor. 2.01) Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Double skin Clean room Wall Cladding, Wall Partition Panel system 80 mm thick , PUF infilled powder coated GI sheet, as per specification complete with concealed conduits for power socket, data, telephone points and necessary factory finished cut-outs for double gazed view panels and doors. Double skin sandwich type GSS/CRCA Powder coated Metallic ceiling panels of 0.6 mm thickness on both sides, PUF in-filled with 40+/-2 Kg/m3 density insulation. Complete with Extruded aluminium powder coated supports and hanging arrangement, with aluminium profiles that create uniform seams. The Partition seams are sealed by RTV silicone with a perfectly flush finishing. PUF insulation material is sandwiched between the two skin layers and sealed from the exterior by the GI frame work including all cut-outs factory fitted, for Air terminals/Diffusers and lighting etc. including necessary utility cut-outs duly concealed, as per specification, including necessary utility factory finished cut-outs duly concealed as per specification 3) Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Clean room compatible Single Leaf Doors 1200 (W)x2100mm (H) as per specification with door closure, SS-'D' handle, Push plate and kick plate along with 480x750 double glazing view panel & Drop-seal 4) Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning 2-Door Interlock system with Electromagnetic Strike lock unit and Egress Button for air lock for entry gate and dirty corridor gate

AHU - 1 (New) : Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of TFA type 100% FA Unit with 140 mm WG Static pressure - for following rooms : i) Breeding Room comprising of 3 ventilator suitable for 6 rack ii) Mice Room-1 comprising of 5 ventilator suitable for 8 rack iii) Mice Room - 2 comprising of 3 ventilator suitable for 5 rack. (necessary upgradation of the said rooms air circulation to be considered in this unit)) AHU - 2 (New) : Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of TFA type 100% FA Unit with 140 mmWG Static pressure - for following rooms i) Animal Experimentation Room comprising of 2 ventilator suitable for 4 rack ii) Office Room to maintain desired room temperature and RH iii) IN-VIVO Room to maintain desired room temperature and RH iii) Necropsy Room to maintain desired room temperature and RH (Necessary upgradation of the said rooms air circulation to be considered in this unit)

Modification, upgradation of the existing AHU-3 ducting system for the Quarantine Room's air circulation as required design parameter considering two (2) ventilator

EAU-1 (New) : Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Exhaust 100% EA Unit with 125 mmWG Static pressure, TWIN MOTOR arrangement (1S +1W), dedicated exhaust from the 13 nos IVC-Ventilators should be considered in this EAU unit capacity. Rooms are as follows i) Quarantine Room : 2 nos ii) Breeding Room : 3 nos iii) Mice Room -2 : 3 nos. iv) Mice Room -1 : 5 nos EAU-2 (New) : Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Exhaust 100% EA Unit with 125 mm WG Static pressure, TWIN MOTOR arrangement (1S +1W) dedicated exhaust from the 2 nos IVC-Ventilators should be considered in this EAU unit capacity. Modification and upgradation of all existing 3 numbers AHU (Air Handling Units) and existing 3 numbers EAU (Exhaust Air handling units) as necessary for the desired design parameters to be kept inside the facility zones
