Excavation in post holes or similar holes each nexc. 0.5 cum getting out returning filling in and ramming earth around in layers n. exc 25 cm,watering , and removing surplus soils to a distance nexc 50m and making good surface in hard soils, complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate ) as in foundation concrete for fencing post.

S&F angle iron fencing post and struts including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc , flat iron fillets ( for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-410-0 or Fe 310-0 any size.

M&L two coats of synthetic enamel paint to new steel surfaces over a coat of red oxide primer surfaces of any description exc 10 cm in width or girth

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all arches, pillars all quoins etc complete all as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plain exc. 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6

Taking down cement plaster of any description of brick or stone wall etc incl racking out joints and hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete

M & L for 15 mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface with sponge finish. complete all as specified and as directed by engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for applying two coats of weather proof paint on external surfaces including a coat of acrylic based primer at any height of building / tower complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type using 20 mm graded trap stone aggregate in coping

S & F 0.5mm thick corrugated pre painted / coloured galvalume sheet in roofing fixing all as per manufactures instructions with all fittings and accessories etc complete.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding but not backing, removing serviceable tiles to stores complete all as specified.

M&L for glazed elevated coloured ceramic tiles 350 mm x 250mm/450mmx350x7 to 7 mm thick as in vertical surfaces set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement incl backing coat 10mm thick in CM 1:4 all as directed.

Demolition of cement Concrete (reinforcement) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for

M & L for providing reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 Nominal Mix using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as Column Pillars piers post and struts complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under respective item)

M & L for Form work rough finished surfaces of concrete to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions including edges complete

M&L for TMT bar 10mm dia and over cut to length bend to shape required and binding with mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia. complete all as specified and as directed by engr-in-charge.

M&L for TMT bar 6mm to 8mm dia as in stirrups cut to length bend to shape required and binding with mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia. complete all as specified and as directed by engr-in-charge.

Demolition of concrete ( un reinforced ) in ground floors and paving n exc 15 cm thk (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M/L 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (40 mm Gr. Agg ) as in sub base. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for laying machine pressed precast concrete interlocking reflective coloured pavers block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 55mm to 60mm thick, M-35 Grade over 50mm thick sand layer watering and ramming complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 25 mm thick P.C.C 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded aggregate in sub base for levelling course complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L including installation in masonry wall stainless steel cascade blade nozzle spillway type water foundation build up of heavy gauge 316 grade SS container size 900x95x160 mm with 80mm projector blade , attached with threaded inlet at the bottom, designed and as directed by engr-in- charge complete.

S & F 55 watt submersible water pump , pure copper winding with adjustable flow rate of capacity 1500 ltr/hrs as directed by engr-in- charge complete.

M & L for Rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 using water proofing compound @ 3% of weight of cement on RCC roof slab, finished even & smooth without using extra cement as directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, (20mm graded aggregate) as in surface channel & floor finish .complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for taking out old water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab as specified below and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge (a) The roof surface shall be thoroughly wire brushed, washed, dried up & cleaned to remove all foreign materials & dust to receive primer. (b) On the dried roof surface, apply one coat of bituminous primer @ 100 Gm/ Sqm as per manufacturers instruction. (c) On this primed surface, the approved APP modified bituminous membrane with non woven polyester mat as reinforcement weighing not less than 3.5 Kg/ Sqm laid by torch application method and top surface shall be applied with bituminous aluminium paint. (d) The overlap while torching shall be 75mm on longitudinal direction & 100mm on transverse direction. Note:-Obtain material through out low laying Area
