Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. metres and under including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 m lead With cement mortar 1 :4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Providing and laying cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, levelling course etc up to floor five level excluding the cost of centering and shuttering M15 gradeNominalMix 1: 2: 4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Colour washing of all shades to give an even shade including all scaffolding : Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches by sandla/loi. (only for colour changing ).

Providing and applying white cement based putty  over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete  New Plastered Surface (three or more coats)

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade including all scaffolding: New  work  (two  or  more  coats)  over  and  including  scrapping  and  priming  coat  with    cement primer.

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade including all scaffolding:  Two or more coats on new work including prepartion of base with primer, putty, lippy etc complete in all respect.
