Boring, providing and installing bored cast-in-situ reinforced cement concrete of Grade M35 pile of specified grade concrete mix, diameter and length below the pile cap, to carry a safe working load not less than specified, excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of boring with bentonite solution and temporary casing of appropriate/whole length for setting out and removal of same and the length of the pile to be embeded in the pile cap etc. all complete including removal of excavated earth with all lifts and leads(Length of pile for payment Shall be measured from top of shoe to the bottom of pile cap) By Crawler mounted, telescopic boom hydraulic pilling Rig all complete. 1200 mm dia piles(Truck Mounted rotary /TMR/Tube well boring machine shall not be used) incl. dewatering and pumping out of water.

Vertical load testing of piles in accordance with IS 2911 (Part IV) including installation of loading platform by Kentledge /Anchor pile method and preparation of pile head or construction of test cap and dismantling of test cap after test etc. complete as per specification & the direction of Engineer-in Charge Initial test (Test Load 2.5 times the safe capacity).

Vertical load testing of piles in accordance with IS 2911 (Part IV) including installation of loading platform by Kentledge /Anchor pile method and preparation of pile head or construction of test cap and dismantling of test cap after test etc. complete as per specification & the direction of Engineer-in Charge Routine test (Test Load 1.5 times the safe capacity).

Earth work in bulk excavation of foundation of structures as per drawings and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and back filling with approved material incl. dewatering and pumping out of water.

Providing and laying stone soling in trenches and foundations using approved quality hard stones of specified size, including hand packing, filling of interstices with stone chips/spalls, watering, ramming, and consolidation to achieve a firm and even surface, complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The item shall include dressing of bed (if required), supply of materials, all labour, tools & tackles, carriage of materials within all leads and lifts, and all incidental charges necessary to complete the work as per specifications incl. dewatering and pumping out of water..

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level incl. dewatering and pumping out of water.

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-40 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-incharge. All works upto plinth level Note: - Cement in this item is @ 360 kg/ cum incl. dewatering and pumping out of water.

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-40 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-incharge. All works above plinth level upto floor V level Note: - Cement in this item is @ 360 kg/ cum incl. dewatering and pumping out of water.

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-incharge. Note: - Cement in this item is @ 330 kg/ cum. All works above plinth level upto floor V level incl. dewatering and pumping out of water.

Add or deduct for using more or less cement in the items of design mix over and above the specified cement content therein.
