Providing and fixing name/informatory boards of various sizes made out of 5 mm thick PVC foam board/ Sun board, face pasted with coloured vinyl sheet printing/ letter, alphabets cutout as per design requirements. The boards to be fixed on internal walls, doors with necessary screws, nails, clamps etc. as required to give neat finish complete.

Providing and fixing informatory boards of various sizes made out of good quality Star flex fixed on MS frame of size 25x25 mm hollow square section including fixing on wall upto three storey height with necessary screws, nails, dash fasteners, welding, clamps etc. as per site requirements complete. The MS frame should have maximum spacing of 1.2 m c/c between vertical/intermediate MS sections.

Providing and fixing roll of honour board of size 600x1200 mm having curved top made of 18 mm thick Pre-laminated particle board, with one side decorative lamination and balancing lamination on other side Grade-I with screws and fittings wherever required, edges to be sealed with wooden lipping/moulded beading painted. Top portion of the board should be printed/inscribed with vinyl letter/alphabet cutouts bearing CUHP name, logo, as per given standard format including letter writing with synthetic enamel paint.

Providing and fixing board of size 1800x1500 mm having curved/arched top made of 18 mm thick Pre-laminated particle board, with one side decorative lamination and balancing lamination on other side Grade-I with screws and fittings wherever required, edges to be sealed with wooden lipping/moulded beading painted. Board should be printed/inscribed with vinyl letter/alphabet cutouts bearing CUHP name, logo and other content as per given standard format.

Providing and fixing roll of honour board of size 900x1200 mm having curved/arched top made of 3 mm thick Acrylic sheet fixed/pasted over 8 mm thick MDF backing board including bevelling of edges of Acrylic sheet smooth, fixing with screws/ necessary fittings as required. Top portion of the board should be embossed with vinyl letter/alphabet cutouts bearing CUHP name, logo, as per given standard format including letter writing with golden vinyl letter/alphabet cutouts.

Providing and fixing Retro-reflective informatory sign board of size 1500x900 mm made out of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity retro -reflective sheeting as approved by Engineer-in-charge . Letter, symbols, borders etc. will be as per IRC - 67 with required colour scheme on the boards and with the high intensity grade A. The aluminium sheet to be riveted to M.S. frame of angle iron of size 40x40x4 mm. The boards will be fixed to 2 No. 50x50 mm square post made of M.S. angle 50x50x4 mm, 3.6 m long welded to the frame with adequate anti-theft arrangement. M.S. Frame work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint over an under coat (primer) complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing high intensity retro -reflective sheeting on face of existing MS boards of various sizes as per requirements. Letter, symbols, borders etc. will be as per IRC - 67 with required colour scheme on the boards and with the high intensity grade A.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Lettering with black Japan paint of approved brand and manufacture

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works
