Operation and maintenance of all Internal and External electrical installations related to 11KV Substation, Operational area, GLF system by attending complaints / faults/breakdown including rectification & ensuring serviceability/ satisfactory working condition of the systems on all the days i/c Sundays, Saturdays & holidays in shifts/general duties. The following manpower including reliever has to be deployed by the contractor:- (a) Highly Skilled (Sr. Supervisor) - 01 No. (b) Highly Skilled (Computer Operator) - 01No. (c) Skilled - 08 Nos. (d) Un-skilled - 07 Nos. Note: The weekly off for all worker is mandatory.

Painting of Runway/Taxiway/Approach light with two coats of synthetic yellow paint/emulsion after scrapping/cleaning, putty filling and applying one coat of chrome yellow primer coat including numbering with black synthetic enamel paint etc. complete as required and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Painting of landing -T light fixture with two coats of synthetic yellow paint/emulsion after scrapping, cleaning, putty filling and applying one coat of chrome yellow primer coat including numbering with black synthetic enamel paint etc. complete as required and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Spray Painting of Feeder pillar/LT panel with two coats of smoke grey synthetic enamel paint after scrapping, cleaning, putty filling and applying one coat of chrome yellow primer coat including numbering etc. complete and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Painting of street light pole of height upto 6 metre above ground level (AGL) including bracket etc. with two coats of synthetic aluminium paint/emulsion (above one mtr from the ground, excluding light fitting) after scrapping, cleaning, putty filling wherver required and applying one coat of chrome yellow primer coat including numbering, AAI approved logo and two coats of black bituminous paint (upto one mtr from the ground) as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Painting of street light pole of height above 6 metre and upto 10 metre above ground level including bracket etc. with two coats of synthetic aluminium paint/emulsion (above one mtr from the ground, excluding light fitting) after scrapping, cleaning, putty filling and applying one coat of chrome yellow primer coat including numbering, AAI approved logo and two coats of black bituminous paint (upto one mtr from the ground) as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Painting of apron flood lighting lattice tower of height 20.5 metre (appx.) with one coat of metal primer of approved brand and two or more coats of synthetic enamel paints of approved colour and brand including scrapping to give an even shade etc. complete as required and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Painting of garden lighting lamp post of dia. not exceeding 75mm and height not exceeding 6 mtrs. (above one mtr from the ground, excluding light fitting) with two or more coats of aluminium paint/emulsion of approved make and brand including numbering, AAI approved logo and two coats of black synthetic enamel paint upto (one mtr from the ground) as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Painting of perimeter light pole i/c bracket with two coats of ISI marked synthetic enamel paint of aviation yellow [above 1 mtr from ground level, excluding light fitting] and two coats of black bituminous paint (upto one mtr from the ground) after cleaning, scrapping, putty filling, applying one coat of primer i/c numbering, etc. complete as required and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Spray painting of the existing surface of rolling shutter at different locations with two coats of ISI marked synthetic enamel paint of approved colour i/c cleaning etc. complete as required and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Painting of chequered plates at different location with two coats of synthetic enamel black paint i/c cleaning the surface etc. complete as required and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Spray painting of the existing surface of 1600 KVA power transformer at Power House with two coats of ISI marked synthetic enamel paint of approved colour i/c cleaning etc. complete as required and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Spray Painting of DG sets with two coats of heat resistant type smoke grey synthetic enamel paint after scrapping, cleaning, putty filling and applying one coat of red oxide primer coat including numbering, etc. complete as required and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Painting of 380 KVA DG set exhaust pipe with two coats of heat resistant type silver enamel paint after scrapping, cleaning, putty filling and applying one coat of red oxide primer etc. complete as required and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Painting of 750 KVA DG set exhaust pipe with two coats of heat resistant type silver enamel paint after scrapping, cleaning, putty filling and applying one coat of red oxide primer etc. complete as required and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Servicing of HT OCB [11 KV] by opening the main tank, replacement of main tank gasket, opening of bus-chamber & termination chamber cleaning the same and tightening the joints, cleaning of moving & fixed contact and application of silicon grease, degreasing of gear box and refilling the grease box with grease of proper grade, cleaning of auxiliary contacts, replacement of the faulty indicating lamps and checking of mechanical system to restore healthiness and smooth operation as per site requirement & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Servicing, testing of relay (O/C 2 Nos. + E/F 1 No.) installed in HT OCB panel as incommer i/c checking functions of auxiliary relays (testing of tripping system by secondary injection kit) and calibrating the same at site etc. as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Servicing, testing of relay (O/C 2 Nos.+ E/F 1 No) installed in HT OCB panel as outgoing to transformers i/c checking function of auxiliary relay (confirming the tripping mechanism of the breaker due to high winding temperature, high oil temperature and due to buckloz relay activation of the connected transformer), checking of tripping system by secondary injection kit, tightening the terminals if required including pressure test at site etc. and calibration of the same, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Arresting leakage of 1600 KVA, 11KV/0.430 KV transformer by replacement of all Gaskets with synthetic rubberised Cork sheet of thickness 6mm [min] including draining out transformer oil, dismantling top cover, disconnecting HV/LV bushing, refixing top cover after carrying out work, tighting of nut & bolts including replacement of old rusted nuts & bolts, top up transformer oil & replacement of silica gel of Breather as per specification & as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dehydration of insulating oil of transformers, Oil Circuit Breakers and servo stabilizer, using on-line oil purification equipment (with inbuilt heating arrangement to attend break down voltage not less than 50 KV) including testing of breaking strength prior and post purification etc. complete at different locations and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and filling of Transformer oil as per relevant IS Specification for top up as per site requirement.

Inspection and calibration by OEM engineer towards of all the installed Air Circuit Breaker (ACB) ( 1 job : Consisting of 2500 Amp. - 3 Nos., 1250 Amp. - 7 Nos., 1000 Amp. - 3 Nos. and 800 Amp. - 13 Nos.) including checking, taking parameters and submission of report etc up to satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Providing Maintenance kit for servicing of Air Circuit Breaker (1 box per ACB)

Inspection and calibration by OEM engineer towards all of the installed Constant Current Regulator (CCR) (1 job: consisting upto 15 nos of CCR from 4Kw upto 50 KW) including checking, taking parameters and submission of report and minor rectification works but excluding of spare parts up to the satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Extra duty performed by workers during extension of watch hour or any other requirements.
