SPL REPAIR /REPLACEMENT OF OLD GI EARTHING TO CHEMICAL EARTHING OF TRANSFORMER AND PROVN OF 09X2 TON SPLIT AIR CONDITIONER WITH STABILIZER FOR RECREATION HALL AND DINNING HALL OF BDE CAMP-V, BDE WKSP-V AND BDE SIG COY-V UNDER GE (NORTH) BINNAGURI

Taking down old unserviceable Earthing pit of any type with accessories including removing of demolished material from work site at any distance out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L earthing complete with galvanized copper earth plate electrodes of size600x600x3.15mm thick buried directly in ground with earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below normal ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level connected to copper earth strip 20x3mm lead by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No-5 of SSR Part-I including necessary excavation and earth work, PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 with 50mm thick pre-cast RCC cover 1:2:4 type B-1 cover slab reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bar @ 15cm C/C both ways with suitable handle of 10mm dia MS rod including providing charcoal or coke & common salt in alternate layer of 15cm compacted thickness all around the earth electrode with funnel and 20mm bore (light grade GI watering pipe wire mesh, aluminium lugs complete in all respect GI earth wire protected by 25mm bore GI pipe and other end connected with main switch/ earth test pont, including dismantling old unserviceable earth pit complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Excavation/PCC/Earth work/ Charcol/ Salt shall be deemed to be indluded in this unit rates.

S&F maintenance free copper bounded earth rod of 3048mm length having the dia of 25mm with copper coating thickness of 254 microns. The rod has been tested for Dimension, making, Tensile strength, salt mist, coating thickness, electrical resistivity test before and after corrosion test as per IEC 62561-2 supply of Earth enhancement mineral compound-low earth resistance, maintenance free and capable of dissipating lightning and other fault current in high soil resistive area. Tested for leaching, electrical Resistivity of 0.018sqmm, polarization resistance of 8.9sqmm Meets the requirements of UL 467, IS3043 and IS/IEC 62305 tested as per IEC 62561-7- 25 Kg Supply universal clamp made up of stainless steel material for terminating cable with clamping size of 25mm dia. Meets the requirement for IS/IEC 62305 and IEC 62561-1 Supply earth chamber inspection pit made up of plastic withstand load of 60KN with the dimension of 290x290x209mm complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Work to be executed as per the manufracturer instructions.

S&F in repair for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buries in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required for 20mm x 3mm thick, copper strip using porcelain clit/post insulators complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buries in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required for 32mm x 6mm thick, copper strip using porcelain clit/post insulators complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out of old GI tubing of any grade and size in trenches/ floor/ fixed to pole for earth protection complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F GI tubing 32mm dia bore, light grade with all fittings laid in trenches or fixed to wall complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting existing steel tubing for additional/ alteration (each cut measured) of size 50mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for screwing existing steel tubing 50mm dia for alteration and addition and providing new branch T complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 20mm dia bip tap, self closing type of cast iron or malleable cast iron, galvanised screw for fixing to iron pipe of size complete all as specified and as directed.
