2. AssessmentofSubmission
The Employer will open the technical bid of physically submitted document of all the
bidsreceived for the package (except those received late) containing the sealed Tender
volumeandotherenclosuresthenannouncethenames
ofbiddersinthepresenceofbiddersortheirrepresentativeswhochoosetoattendonthedateandtimementi
onedintheNITIntheeventofspecified dateofbidopening being declared as aholiday for the
Employer,theTenderwillbeopenedattheappointedtimeandlocationonthenextworkingday.
In Physical submission, Bidders detailed and tender fee, E.M.D. shall be opened first.
TheEmployer at the opening will announce bidder’s names, , the presence/or absence of
andvalidityofEMDfurnishedwitheachbid,isvalidregistrationandsuchotherdetails,astheEmployerm

TheEmployerwilldeterminewhetherthebidisaccompaniedbytherequiredEMD.

3. EvaluationandComparisonofTendervolume
TheEmployerwillevaluateandcompareonlythoseTendervolumeswhicharedetermined to be
substantially responsivein accordance with Clause 2 and qualified
forawardofContractinaccordancewithClause5(GeneralTermsandCondition).
4. ProcedureforTenderOpening
Received copies of tender in physical form with in schedule time, will be open on
scheduledate and time. In the event of specified date of bid opening being declared bidders
whoqualifythecriteriathenbidderbidwillbeconsideredforopeningofpricebid.
The Employer will award the Contract to the bidder whose bid has been determined to
besubstantiallyresponsivetothebiddingdocumentsandwhohasofferedthelowestEvaluated Bid
Price, provided that such bidder has been determined to be (i) eligible
inaccordancewiththeprovisionsofClause3(GeneralTermsandCondition);and(ii)qualifiedinaccorda
ncewiththeprovisionsofClause5(GeneralTermsandCondition).
6. NotificationofAward
Prior to expiration of the period of bid validity prescribed by the Employer, the
Employerwillnotifythesuccessfulbidderbycable/faxandconfirmedbyregisteredletterthathisbid has
been accepted. This letter shall name the sum which the Employer will pay theContractor in
consideration of the execution, completion and maintenance of the Works
bytheContractorasprescribedbytheContract.

7. A successful Bidder has to deposit security deposit / Bank Guarantee as per Circular
afterreceivingletterofIndent.Timelimitofworkwillcommencefromthedateofissueofworkorder.
8. ClarificationofBids
To assist in the examination, evaluation and comparison of bids, the Employer may, at
hisdiscretion,askanybidderforauthenticationthecorrectnessoftheinformation/detailsfurnishedbyhi
minhisbid.SuchrequestbytheEmployerandtheresponsebybiddershallbeinwritingorbycable/fax.
Subject to aboveclause,nobiddersshall contact theEmployeronany matter relating
tohisbidfromthetimeofbidopeningtothetimecontractisawarded.
Any effort by the bidder to influence the Employer in the Employer’s bid evaluation,

do so,by misusing theposition in which they areplaced,and it includes the
offering,giving,receiving, or soliciting of anythingof value
toinfluencetheactionofanysuchofficialintheprocurementprocessorincontractexecution;
“fraudulentpractice”meansamisrepresentationoffactsinordertoinfluenceaProcurement
process or theexecutionofacontracttothedetriment
oftheBorrower,andincludescollusivepracticeamongbidders(priortoorafterbidsubmission)d
esigned to establish bid prices at artificial non-competitive levels and to deprive
theBorrowerofthebenefitsoffreeandopencompetition.
MunicipalCommissionerreservestherightstoreduce/increasethescopeofworkandcontractwitho
utassigninganyreasonthereof.
If Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation is convinced that the Bidder has resorted to
materialmisrepresentation or provided fraudulent information / statement, the said Bidder
will beliablefordisqualification/rejectionatanystage.
Proofforfulfillmentof eligibility criteriashouldbesubmitted along withTendervolume.If the
Tender volume is submitted without valid documents and without proof of
eligibilitycriteriaitwillberejected.
ThosewhodonotmeetwiththeeligibilitycriterianeednotsubmittheTenderdocument.
Tenders, which do not fulfill all or any of condition or are submitted incomplete in

19. AdministrativeConditions:-

Contractor has toarrange for the completesafetyofthepersons working for project, usersof the
road i.e. public and vehicles also. All the arrangements of traffic drums, metal / fibercones,
traffic blinkers, traffic signs as per design, safety tapes etc. to be arranged at
site.Necessaryflorescent marking on traffic signs to be provided so that it should be visible
atnight.Duringnightworkinghourssafetyinchargepersonnelshallbeprovidedwithflorescent
jackets. This shall be Provided at no extra cost by the bidder under
attachéwithspecifiedinthetenderdocumentsunderpayableiteme.
LiaisonwithlocalauthorityforelectricalconnectionsfortheAMC
Thecontractorisresponsibleforliaisonwithlocalauthorityforchangeinsupplyconnectionornewco
nnectiononbehalfofAMC.ItincludesfillingthenecessaryapplicationtopowerSupplyCompany,fo

20:-CONTINGENTFEE:
The Contractor warrants that he has not employed any person to solicit or secure
thecontractuponanyagreementforacommission,percentage,brokerageorcontingentfee.
Breach of this warranty shall give the Municipal Commissioner the right to cancelthe
contract or to take any other measure as the Municipal Commissioner may deem
fit.Thewarrantydoesnotapplytocommissionspayablebythecontractortoestablishcommercial
orsellingagentforthepurposeofsecuringbusiness.
No officer, employer of theMunicipal Corporation beadmitted to any share or part
ofthiscontractortoanybenefitthatmayrisetherefrom.
21:-OVERPAYMENTANDUNDERPAYMENT:
Whenever any claim fourths payment of a sum to the Municipal Corporation arises
outoforunderthisContractagainstthecontractorthesamemaybedeductedbytheMunicipalCorpo
rationfromanysumthendueorwhichatanytimethereaftermaybecome due to the contractor
under this contract and failing that under anyothercontractwith the Municipal Corporation
or from any sum due to the contractor with the MunicipalCorporation (which may be
available with MunicipalCorporation), or from his
retentionmoney,orheshallpaytheclaimondemand.TheMunicipalCorporationreservestherightt
ocarryoutpostpaymentauditandtechnicalexaminationofthefinalbillincludingallsupportingvou
chers,abstracts,etc.
TheMunicipalCorporation further reserves the righttoenforcerecoveryofany overpayment
when detected not withstanding the fact that the amount of the final bill may
beincludedbytheContractor.
If as a result of such audit and technical examination any over payment
isdiscoveredinrespectof any work donebytheContractor or alleged to have beendone by
himunderthecontract,it shall berecovered by theMunicipalCorporationfromthe contractor
byway of all the means prescribed above or ifany under payment is discovered by
theMunicipal Corporation, any amount due to the contractor under this contract or
underpaymentmaybeadjustedagainstanyamountthendueorwhichmayatanytimethereafterbeco
meduebeforepaymentismadetothecontractorfromhimtotheMunicipalCorporationonanyother
contractaccountwhatsoever.
If, at any time, there should be evidence of any lien or claim for which
ownermighthavebecome liable and which is chargeable to the contractor, the owner shall
have the right toretain out of anypayment then due or thereafter tobecome due an amount
sufficient tocompletely indemnify theowneragainstsuchlien or claimor if
suchlienorclaimbevalidtheowner may be orbecomedueandpayabletothecontractor.Ifany lien

14. SpecialmodesoftheconstructionnotadoptedingeneralEngineeringpractice,ifproposed to be
adopted by the contractor shall be considered only if the contractor providedsatisfactory
evidence that such special mode of construction and completion of work to therequired strength
and quality. Acceptance of the same by the Engineer in charge shall nothowever,absolve the
contractor from theresponsibility of any adverseeffect and
concordanceofadoptingthesameinthecourseofexactionorcompletionofthework.
15. The contractor shall be responsible for observing the rules and regulation imposed under
the"MinorMineralAct",andsuchotherlawsandrulesprescribedbytheGovernmentfromtimetotime.
16. All necessary safety measures and precautions (incl. those laid down in the
variousrelevant Indian Standard) shall be taken to engrave the safety ofmen, materials and
machineryontheworkandalsooftheworkitself.
17. Quantity measured in the tender is approximate. It may increase or decrease looking

The Contractor shall be entitled to use supply Electricity as may be available on the site
forpurposeoftheworkandshallpaysuchchargesasisfixedbytheappropriatesupplyAuthorities.
In casethereis any delay in supply ofpowersiteof any interruption or fault in thepowerduring the
work. No compensation shall be paid for idle labor staff, machineries and for use
ofdieseloperatingsetsetc.asthecasemaybe.
30. Tendersshallsubmitallthevalid/certifieddocumentsinsupportoftheirinitial/eligibility
criteria mentioned abovealong with thebid.They shall havealso to
submittheincometaxclearancecertificateandsolvencycertificate.
31. No advance such as secured advance machinery advance, mobilization advance or

sitewithin24hoursbycontractoratthisriskandcost.Debrisshallhavetocartdailyfromsite.
Formixingmortareitherformasonryorforplasterorforanyotherpurposecontractorshallhavetopre
parethroughofbiggersizeandmixthemortarintherequiredproportion.Inon case he shall be allowed
to mix the mortar either on floor or any finished surfaces.
Thecontractorshallhavetomakehisownarrangementforwaterrequiredforthework.
If any extra item crops up during the progress of work the same shall be carried out by
thecontractor and he shall be paid at the rate fixed by Add.C.E. as per the rate analysis based
onlatestSORorifitemisnotavailableinSORthanbasedoncurrentmarketrates.Incaseofextraitemdecis

Ifin the interest ofthe Corporation it isnecessary to changeeither any siteorthedesign

The cubical contents of the cement bag shall be taken as 1-20 cft. Per bag and the

Octroi exemption passes shall not be given for any materials required for the work.
ContractorwillbefullyresponsibleforcomplianceofthevariousprovisionsundercontractAct.1970an

The pipe shall be of best quality stoneware pipes. The pipes shall be of approved qualitymake
and shall be brought on site after approval. (The pipes shall be laid in grade as
perinstruction.)Contractorshallhavetoprocurebillsforstandardpipes.
The joints shall be done in cement proportion 1:1 (1 part cement: 1 part sand) using spun yarndipped in
hot asphalt and caulking tools. The hydraulic pressure test shall be given to thecontractor for testing pipes
and jointing. No trenches shall be filled without the approval of theengineerincharge.

Excavation: The sewer trench shall be excavated to the alignment and gradient shown on theplan and
section. In all sorts of soil including old masonary, asphalt roads and wet excavation.The sewer
excavation shall be commenced at the down stream end of the sewer and
becontinueduptothegradientasdirected.Thetrenchshallnotopenmorethan60mts.inadvanceof the completed
sewer only when directed by the engineer in charge looking to the progress ofthe work in obtaining the
formation of the bottom of the trenches the usual methods of using signrails and boning roads shall be
adopted during the whole of the process. The centre line ofuniform height shall be carried clearly on each
rail. The depth of the excavation and invert of thesewer shall be checked by means of boning road of
approved length and also by straight edge.The bed of the trench shall be well rammed before starting
laying of sewer lines and cementconcreteandmasonarywork.
Where trenches are deep in bad grounds the sides shall be supported by suitabletimbering of
shorting work looking to the nature of the soil near big or important structure, thesides of the trenches
shall be closely and securely timbered, if any settlement of the buildings inanticipated the timbering shall
be left in the ground. The various materials excavated shall beseparately stacked so that in refilling that
may be relayed on the same order as before and leastpossible damage shall be done carpet on the public
roads and private properties. Surfacecovering consisting of asphalt carpet shall be kept on side and
preserved for reinstatement. Theexcavated earth shall not be heaped near the trenches so as to caused
unnecessary obstructionalong the trenches during inspection trenches etc. shall be tunneled under only as
necessary.The side of the trenches shall be nearly vertical and plumb and red light shall be placed at
eachend at intervals and instructions and further protected by rope fence. Necessary caution
boardsshallalsobecreatedandasdirectedbytheengineerincharge.
Wherever possible material excavated from the trenches of whatever kind shall not
beplacednearerthanthreemetersfromtheouteredgeoftheexcavatedtrenches.Theutmostshallhave to be taken
in refilling the trenches so that no damage may be done no sewer, no lumpshall be allowed to be put
around the sewer. The ramming of the filling shall be done and wellwatered.
The surplus earth shall be removed directed within 30 meters lead. The measurementsof the work
shall be exact length and width of the trenches as specified or as per City Engineerinstruction and depth
shall be measured vertical as per section up to invert or the pipeline. TheCity Engineer reserves the right
of extra excavation on either side if considers necessary for thesafetyofthework.
The bottom and sides of the trench shall be dressed in level and plumb in all directedbefore any
concrete is in dia. In case the excavation is done deeper than required no filling shallbe allowed to bring
the formation to proper level but contractor shall have to lay cement or
limeconcreteoffilingorotheracceptablematerialsasdirectedbytheCityEngineeratcontractorowncost so as to
come to proper formation. In case bad formations are met with the work shall haveto be done as per
instruction of City Engineer. Necessary arrangements for watering trenchesmust be provided by
contractor and without proper watering trenches will not be allowed to befiled to further Contractor shall
have to make arrangement for access to invert of the sewer andfor inspection of the work as ordered by
the engineer. If it is required to shift or after thealignment section of diameter of the pipe the contractor
shall carry out the altered work at therates quoted by him for the original work for items and contractor
shall not claim any expensesduetothechangesmade.
In no case work shall be done at night or no Sundays & other holidays and during
therecesstimeexceptinandotherholidaythecaseofbadgroundssuchasrunningsandwherethework must be
executed vigorous day night without interruption when so ordered by the engineer.All existing water pipe
storm drains sewer line railway track, electric cables etc. which do not inthe opinion of engineer required
to be changed in location shall be supported and protected frominjury by the contractor. The contractor
shall be liable to pay all damages to water-pipe, drainselectric and telephone cable and to private property
during the execution of this contract and thesame will be recovered from the running bills or the deposit of
work change location of anyexisting sewers drains etc. not otherwise from in these specification the
contractor shall do thework of making such change and the work shall be paid for as extra work. All
places utility etc.shallbekeptaccessibleforuse.
No extra payment shall be made for land sides and side stops done without prior approval of
theengineerincharge.
The excavation of trenches shall be done foot wider on each side of the pipe than theinside
diameter of the sewer in case of depth excavation exceeding 3 meters above invert,

natural soil demands winder excavation the mentioned above the same shall begiven after approval of

Refilling of trenches shall be done only after the grade of
lineandhydraulictestpracticableofthelinesarecheckedandapprovedofandordergivenbythe
Engineerincharge.Therefillingshallbeaccompaniedbythroughwateringforlayersof0.50
mtrs. Further refilling shall be done thereafter and process should be repeated till trenches arecompletely
refilled. Temping and ramming with rammers shall have to be done at all place ofimportant work where
ordered by Engineer in charge. After order to refill the trench is give
thetrenchesshallhavetoberefilledwithin4dayswithcompletewatering.Ifthecontractorfailstodo watering

Thework shall be as per P.W.D hand book specification No.20 as per general
instructions.Therateincludesallnecessarymaterualsmixinglayingandremainandwateringtheexposed
facestobefinishedwithneatcementasperinstructionthechannelshallbehalfroundandas
per drawing & instruction of Engineer in charge. proper bunching shall be provided at both of thechannel.
(e)Cementplaster.
Cement plaster 15 M.M. shall be done using cement mortar of 1 part cement and 3 parts ofsand in
uniform thickness with surfaces truely in plumb. The work in general shall comply withgeneralspecifi
cations for )plaster no.64.P.W.D. hand book plastered surface shall kept damp atleastforfortnight.
All internal surfaces of the manholes including soft to arch shall be provided with cementplaster.
Manholeshallbeprovidedateverychangeofalignment,gradientordiameterofsewer/storm water drains,
Bends and junctions in the sewer/drain shall be grouped together inmanhole as far as possoble. The
maximum distance between inspection chambers shall beabout 25 meters. Where the diameter of
sewer/drain is increased, the soffit of the pipe shall
befixedatthesamelevelandnecessaryslopegiventothechannelofmanhole/inspectionchamber.Theminimumint
ernalsizesofmanhole/inspectionchambershallbe aspertherespective item of work. The manhole/inspection
chambershall be constructed as

ApplicationsofPlaster:
Theplasterabout15x15cms.Shallbefirstappliedhorizontallyandverticallyat notmorethan2metre intervals

plastered surface. The mortar shall then be applied in uniformsurface slightly more than the specified
thickness, then brought to a true surface by working

the surface shall be finished off true with a trowel or wooden float according as asmooth or a sandy

In suspending the work at the end of the day, the plaster shall be left out clean to the line bothhorizontally

of frame for door, window etc. on which width or reveals is less than that

PlacingofReinforcement:
Allreinforcingbarsshallbeaccuratelyplacedintheexactpositionshownonthedrawings, and shall be
securely held in position during placing of concrete by annealed bindingwire not less than 1 mm in size
and conforming to IS:280 and by using stays blocks or metalchairs, spacer, metal hangers, supporting
wires or other approved devices at sufficiently closeintervals. Bars will not be allowed to sag between
supports nor displaced during concreting orany other operation over the work. All devices used for
positioning shall be of non-corrodiblematerial. Wooden and metal supports will not extend to the surface
of concrete, except
whereshownonthedrawings,placingbarsonlayersoffreshlylaidconcreteastheworkprogressesforadjusting bar
spacing will not be allowed. Pieces of broken stone, brick or wooden blocks shallnot be used. Layers of

In the case of columns and walls, vertical bars shall be kept in normal position

shall be boundwith annealed steel wire, not less than [1 mm thickness twisted tight in eight shape around

WeldingofTMTbarscanbepermittedifspecifiedonthedrawings,jointsofreinforcement bars shall be
butt welded so as to transit their full strength. Welded joints shallpreferably be located at points where
steel will not be subject to more than 75 percent of
themaximumpermissiblestressesandweldssostaggeredthatatanyonesection,notmorethan
33 per cent of the rods are welded. No –pre-warning or post heat treatment is necessary.Interpass
temperature should be limited to 200º C with low heat input and equivalent strength lowhydrogen type
electrode. Suitable means shall be provided for holding the bars securely inposition during welding. It
must be ensured that no voids are left in welding and when welding isdone in 2 or 3 stages, previous
surface shall be cleaned property. Ends of the bars shall becleaned of all loose scale, rust, grease, paint

where so required upto 25 mm. radius. Flooring in lavatories and bath

Before starting the concrete the bed of the foundations trenches shall be cleared of all

The proportion of cement, sand and coarse aggregate shall be one part of cement, 3 parts ofsand,6partsof

The concreteshall be mixedin a mechanical mixer at the site of work. Hand mixing mayhowever be

The metal shall be screened of any rubbish, dust or grass. Then metal shall be laiduniformly in
two layers of 50 mm each, to the required grade and camber as directed by theEngineer in charge.
Laying of metal shall be started after theconsolidatingsolinglayersprepared perfectly to the proper line
level and camber. Where camber of soling is founddoubtful it shall be corrected prior to spreading metal.
Metal filled in the basket shall be spreadevenly in required number of layers as directed. Metal shall be
spread in proper grade andcamber if required using camber boards, so as to ensure the corrected surface.
The surfaceshall be checked at every 15 mts. by means of template and string for correctness of
thecamber. The consolidation of metal shall be done by the contractor with a minimum 8 to 10 Troller.
The contractor shall provide required number of labors at the time of rolling to rectify theundulation that
might have occurred during rolling.To carryout grouting of the above said 50mm thick metalling coat
the contractor shall bring all the required equipment and materials asdirected. Bitumen of VG10 grade
penetration of approved quality heated to a temperature ofabout 150 C. and shall be applied hot by
means of a sprayer uniformly over the surface at therate of 1.5 kg./sq. mt. up to the satisfaction of
Engineer in charge. Immediately following theapplication of bitumen and while it is still hot second
layer of metal shall be spread in properthickness and again application of bitumen at the rate of
kg./sq. mt. as above for secondlayer shall be done. Key aggregate of as specified in below table and of
approved quality shallbe evenly spread out at rate of 0.013 cum. per sq. mt. After spreading the chipping
the wholearea shall be rolled over thoroughly with a 8 T to 10 T. roller It is important that the
rollingshould be done while the bitumen is still soft and it should be continued until the road sets
andthereisnosettlementundertheroller.
During the period between the initial compaction of coarse aggregateand
compaction of the surface course shall be protected form all traffic other than essential toits construction,
till the final compaction level is attained. All above operation shall be carried bythe contractor using his
equipments and material including fuel or wood required for burningetc.andasdirected up totheentire
satisfaction of Engineerin charge.

(1) The work shall be completed within 12 Months.(ARC Tender)
(2) The contractor shall be remain responsible for Workmen’s compensation if any when such case
occurs. The contractor shall arrange formed iampasant night and fencing and pagi and shall be
responsible for any damage of life and limb or property if any happen, during the execution of work.
In case of dispute for unseen or overlooked items the decision of the city Engineer shall be final.
The contractor shall have to give site clean of all rubbish on completion of work and have over the
building with final finishing of the work as directed. All the rejected materials shall be removed
from site within 24 hours by contractor at this rsk and cost.
(3) For mixing mortar either for masonry or for plaster or for any other purpose contractor shall have to
prepare through of bigger size and mix the mortar in the required proportion. In on case he shall be
allowed to mix the mortar either on floor or any finished surfaces.
(4) The contractor shall have to make his own arrangement for water required for the work and shall
pay the water charges as per water meter.
(5) If any extra item crops up during the progress of work the same shall be carried out by the
contractor and he shall be paid at the rate fixed by C.E. as per the rate analysis based on current
(6) If in the interest of the Corporation it is necessary to change either any site or the design of the
propose work the contractor shall carry out the same at his quoted rates without charges any extra
and the contractor will have to carry out the works and he will be paid at the rate quoted by him and
no claim for extra for subsequent changes may be entertained.
(7) Retetion money at the rate of 2% shall be deducted from every running bill of the contractor and
which will be paid at the time of final bill, for works costing More than Rs. 10-00 lakhs.
(8) The tender for the work shall remain open for a period (120) days from the date of opening of the
tenders for this work and that the tenderer shall not be allowed to withdraw on modify the offer on
his own during the period. If any tenderer withdraw or makes any modifications (s) or addition (s) in
the terms and conditions of his tender not acceptable to the Municipal Corporation the Municipal
Corporation shall without prejudice to any right or remedy be at liberty to forfeit in full the said
earnest money absolutely.
(9) As per Circular No. MCR 2176 (96) 2418 (ii) GHH dated 31-03-77 issued by Government of
Gujarat contractors are requested to produce their quarry materials for construction work through
legal sources. i.e. only form the quarry lease holders, permit holder or middle man who satisfies the
contractor as to the legality of the source of purchase by him on these materials.
(10) If the work is not carried out within the specified time limit in clause no.1 the penalty of 0.1 % per
day of remaining work after Stipulated time limit and maximum 10% of remaining work for
the entire period of delay shall be recovered from the immediate bills payable to the contractor.
(11) Contractor has to make his own arrangement for procurement of steel and cement.
(12) Conditional tender will not be accepted.
(14) All tenders are to be submitted in duplicate without which the tenders are liable to be rejected.

Clause : 1 Contractor shall not employ any child having age 5 to 15 years as it is prohibited by Child Labour Prohibition and
Regulation Act 1986. Hon'ble Supreme Court has given certain guide lines and as per the guide lines. If child labour is
employed on the site work, the contractor shall have to deposit Rs. 20,000.00 (Rupees Tw enty thousand only) in the child
labour welfare fund. If the employer refuses to deposit then action will be taken for contempt of Supreme Court Judgement and
also will be prosecuted by concerned authority. Because of the breach of any provision of child labour prohibition and
regulation Act 1986 by the Contractor & Municipal Corporation becomes liable to pay any amount then the Municipal
Corporation shall recover the said amount from the contractor.
Clause : 2 The Standing Committee has decided to deduct 1/2% amount from each running bill as per its Reso. No. 1783 Date
06--02-97, but the Municipal Corporation Board has recently decided that the actual testing charge is taken and the remaining
amount is refundable at the time of final bill (As per Muni. Board Reso. No. 123 dated 25-02-97)

necessary to comply with any addendum.
* ADDENDAUM/CORRIGENDUM .
Addendum or corrigendum conveying any change or correction in respect of the work shall form the part of the contract
documents. The full consideration shall be given to such addendum or corrigendum or correction before submission tender duly
filled in by the contractor. Therefore, the contractor shall have to watch such addendum or corrigendum or correction published
by A.M.C through its website www.egovamc.com. Tenderes shall verify the number of addendum issued and enclose the same
with the tender documents,failing which the tender shall be liable for rejection and no any complaint in respect to this shall be
entertained under any circumstances.
