Supply of 415V±10% - 3 Ph - 50 Hz Top Discharge Modular type Variable Refrigerant Flow/Volume system with actual capacity at 40 ⁰C. Outdoor Temperature (Dry Bulb) with Equivalent piping length of minimum 9 Mtr & Piping Lift of 0 Mtr with Inside Dry Bulb 27⁰C, wet bulb 19⁰C. Each Outdoor unit comprises of All Inverter Driven Scroll Compressors, air cooled condenser with protective coated fins, Propeller type Fan with motor. Outdoor must be capable of working within Wide Range of Voltage fluctuation, refrigerant cooled PCB, electronic expansion valve, Outdoor mounting frame, microprocessor panel and other standard accessories as per specification. The unit shall be suitable for operation with R-410A refrigerant. The VRF Outdoor unit must be modular type so that each can be connected with each other. Supplying of Modular type VRF ODU must be connectable with each other and it must act as a single ODU Circuit (if required). Each VRF outdoor unit must consists of 2nos Axial Flow fans. Individual VRF outdoor Model fans must be capable of rejecting Hot Air minimum of 13445 CFM, to achieve below mentioned total cooling HP. The Outdoor unit system must compatible to connect with below mentioned type of AHU through OEM standard AHU connecting KIT.

Supply of Ceiling suspended DX type air handling units, 230v / 1ph / 50 Hz, complete with blower section with blower suitable for static pressure as detailed below, cooling coil section with aluminium finned copper tubes cooling coil, filter sections with washable synthetic type air pre-filters efficiency 90% down to 10 micron, belt drive package/direct driven TEFC motor, complete drain connection, drain pan, necessary vibration isolation arrangement etc. complete of following capacities:-

a) 18 TR/6800 CFM/80 Pa External Static Pressure

b) 11 TR/4400 CFM/60 Pa External Static Pressure

Supply of Cassette type indoor units, 230v / 1ph / 50 Hz, comprising of cooling coil, blower, in-built drain pump, filters, decorative grilles. The unit is ceiling suspended type and complete with all other standard accessories.

a) 1.0 TR with minimum 468 CFM with Sound level maximum 36dB(A)

b) 1.5 TR with minimum 488 CFM with Sound level maximum 36dB(A)

c) 1.7 TR with minimum 645 CFM with Sound level maximum 37dB(A)

Supply of High Static Pressure Ductable indoor units,230v / 1ph / 50 Hz, of ceiling suspended type, Higher Air quantity, multy fan speed, multy mode function, and complete with all standard accessories. These Ductabble units must have external static pressure from 50 to 120 Pa.

a) 6.0 TR with minimum 2200 CFM with Sound level maximum 53dB(A).

b) 8.0 TR with minimum 3000 CFM with Sound level maximum 55dB(A).

Installation of Cassette Units as per design and direction of the EIC.

Installation of Refrigeration Network (Refnet) joints per sets as required as per direction of the EIC.

Supply installation of Interconnecting refrigerant pipe work with (19mm/13 mm thick) closed cell elastomeric nitrile rubber tubular insulation between each set of indoor & outdoor units & specifications, all piping inside the room shall be properly supported with MS hanger / angle, perforated GI cable tray (18SWG) etc. as required as per design and direction of the EIC.

Supplying, fixing, testing & commissioning of powder coated extruded aluminium section supply air grills / diffuser with MS volume control dampers as requied.

Supplying, fixing, testing & commissioning of power coated extruded aluminium section return air grills / diffuser with louvers but without volume control dampers complete as required.

Supplying, fixing, testing & commissioning of fresh air arrangement with volume control dampers, bird screen etc complete as required.

Supply, Installation and Testing of 16 SWG GI Frame / 24 SWG GI aerofoil blades type Volume Control Duct Dampers complete with linkages, fittings, supports, all accessories any other item required to make the system complete.

Providing and fixing fire retardant nonporous double layer flexible connection between each unit and duct.

Supply, Installation & Fixing of Fusible Link type Fire damper

Testing, Commissioning , trial run of the entire VRF system including Nitrogen Flushing, charging of R410A Gas for Topping Up, including Pressure testing & Vaccum. etc. as per direction & satisfaction of the EIC.
