Taking down carefully copper / aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc . removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit and making good disturbed surfaces of walls,floors, etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of sub wiring of any type and capacity with PVC casing caping / PVC surface or concealed conduit including earth wire and making good disturbed surfaces to match the existing surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down un-serviceable DB of any size and capacity including MCB etc, and removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit and making good disturbed surfaces of walls,floors, etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS (Red , Black and Green for single phase circuits),with multi stranded copper conductor 1.5 sq mm nominal cross-sectional area , single core, PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 Volts grade, ISI-694 marked with valid CML No.in and inciuding medium grade, PVC casing caping and accessories on wall/roof/floor etc, ISI marked with mild steel/pressed steel sunken box (with earth dolly) duly painted with two coats of anti corrosive paint/aiuminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer internally. and two coats of black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide primer externally,covered with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover for fixing of switches, socket and fan regulators etc, inciuding PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor 1.5 sq mm nominal cross sectional area single core FRLS cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly for One light/ fan/ Exhaust fan point controlled by one, one way switch 5Amps complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old un-serviceable storage type electric gyser exhaust fan of any type and size,S&F 25 litres capacity electric storage water heater (vertical type) five star rating 240 V single phase having stainless steel inner tank including heavy duty pin type fasteners 4" long 02 numbers,connection and testing to entire satisfaction of Engineer- in- charge.complete all as specified and directed. Note:-old un-serviceable gyser shall be deposited in MES store yard.

Taking down and transporting of exhaust fan 9" (230mm)/12" (300mm) / 15" (375mm)/ 18" (450mm) sweep from any location inside palampur Mil Stn to MES E/M Store Yard / Workshop for stripping of fan washing thoroughly of bearing / bush by petrol, washing / cleaning fan blade body etc thoroughly provision of new greasing replacement of worn-out / defective unserviceable parts (wherever necessary) assembling the same after defective / unserviceable parts is replaced including provision of twisted twin core flexible wire upto 0.7 mts long size 23/0.0076 (ISI marked) and re-fixing the same at the same location including making good disturbed surface including testing to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Note: -(i) Replacement of parts/rewinding shell be measured and paid separately (ii) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of transporting fan from any location in Army Area to MES store yard & taking down unserviceable/ defective parts. (iii) Item such as bearings, bushes, capacitor, shaft etc required for replacemen shalled be measured and paid seperately as supply only.

Taking down ceiling fan ,any size and sweep from its position and transport it to workshop for servicing,dismantling for servicing including removal of bearing,bushes, condenser, connector, flaxible cord,split pin etc if required removing old grease and refill fresh, lubricating bushes alongwith new washers, cleaning and washing fan blades, fan body etc with soap solution after repairing re- assamble the same and transporting from workshop to any location in palampur Mil station and fixing to position / location, connecting to electric system, testing etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: -(i) Replacement of parts/rewinding shell be measured and paid separately (ii) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of transporting fan from any location in Army Area to MES store & taking down unserviceable/ defective parts.(iii) Item such as bearings, bushes, capacitor, shaft etc required for replacemen shalled be measured and paid seperately as supply only.
