S&F 30mm thick molded WPC wire mesh factory made 1005 decorative type, moulded, panel door shutter ( water proof, termite proof, termite proof, fire retardent) prepare to receive Mesh, gauze etc (single or two panel Including wire mesh(confirming as per IS: 4020) made from 100% lead free single extruded with 2, 4 or 6 raised panel design on the front side with 10mm deep mould on single side with wood grain texture and back side plain with density not less than 600kg/cum manufactured by an ISO : 9001-2015 certified company and fixing shutter with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws incl taking down shutter exe 1.0 Sqm but not ex 2.0 Sq.m each all as per direction of Engineer- In- Charge.

S & F 250mm long aluminium alloy anodised sliding door bolt with hasp staple, bolt type, and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections & fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded section or cast aluminium alloy, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 150mm long, aluminium anodised, barrel tower bolts, of extruded section ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Aluminium handles cast type anodised of size 150mm long ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing E-boards, ceiling, 4 mm thick with J framed work with main Tee of size 24 x 28.5 mm made out of PGI sheet .3 mm thick double at web and single at flange, flange coverd with powder coated sheet 0.25 mm thick and wall angle 24 x 24 x .45 mm powder coated for ceiling , ceiling boards 60cm x 60cm x 4mm thick , suspended with GI wire 2mm dia and 2m average length with adjustable hanging device complete including plugging in brick/stone walls with steel rawl plug @ 600 mm C/C Ceiling board shall be pressed to the ceiling tee with staple clips at all four sides including Dismantling Wall and ceiling boards any thickness, including cover fillets incl making good all the disturbed portion complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair for stainless steel, 25 mm dia and 1.2 mm thick curtain rod with and including fixing SS brackets and decorative type brass knobs both side of each rod, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Measurement will be taken between end points of Knobs

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles(Matte/Gloss Finish) of size not less than 450x300x7 mm thick as on vertical surfaces such as wall set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick backing coat on fair faces of brick work in CM 1:4 incl dismantling of wall tiling and removing rubbish off premises complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Pattern/Texture and Finish of wall Tile is selected by Engr-in - charge.

M&L for joint free non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7-8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exec. 0.09 sqm but not exec. 0.36 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to matchand including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1: 6 incl dismantling of floor tiling incl cement mortar bedding and removing rubbish off premises complete all as specified and as directed. Note : 1.Size and pattern/texture of Tile must be decide by Engr in charge

M&L for scratch & Joint free Glazed(Porcelain) Vitrified Tiles(GVT)/Polished Glazed Vitrified Tiles(PGVT) 9mm-10mm thick (square or rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18sqm but not exceeding 0.72 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed. Note : 1.Size and pattern/texture of GVT(Matt Finish)/PGVT(Glossy Finish) must be decide by Engr in charge 2.Glazed Coating on GVT/PGVT must not be less than 1mm.
