Cleaning of manholes of any size and depth up to 2.00mtr under foul condition, by removing MH covers, removing of accumulated liquid, sludge/sediments by mechanical means, transporting the fluid/sludge etc in covered containers by mechanical means and disposing of the same in CPCB approved central STP/ETP facility. Cleaning of the manholes with fresh water and white washing including petty repairs of cement mortar/cement concrete (type - B1 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate) and patch work on holes if any made by rodents and making good to walls, placing the MH covers back intact in position and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as directed.

Cleaning and removing individual blockages in IWC/EWC mechanically and removing all sludge and foreign matters completely, neatly and making serviceable for free flow complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing complete in replacement with GI earth plate electrode of size 60x60cmx6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to GI strip 32x6mm as earthing lead connected by means of bolts, nuts, washers and check nuts made out of galvanised iton or steel, protected with GI light grade pipe 40mm dia all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part - I connected to main board/distribution board / transformer body/neutral/lightning arrester complete in all respect as specified and as directed. Note : (i) The quoted rate is inclusive of excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber, pre-cast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover 50mm thick reinforced with TMT bars 8mm dia @ 50mm c/c bothways, funnel with GI watering pipe 20mm dia medium grade, GI protection pipe light grade 40mm dia and wire mesh etc complete in all respect. Supply and fix in repairs Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 32 x 6mm galvanised iron or steel wire complete all as specified and directed.

S&F earth pit indicator made out of MS sheet of 16 SWG of size 30 x 20 cm welded to " angle of size 25 x 25 x 3mm at a height of 1 mtr above the ground level and 30cm below the ground complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for taking down carefully by disconnecting electrical and mechanical connections of indoor/outdoor unit of Split type air conditioner unit of any type, make, model of 1.0/1.5/2.0 Ton rating from its position, testing for faults, servicing the indoor and outdoor units, testing and finding faultsif any and rectify the faults by replacing faulty/ unserviceable parts of entire AC unit suchas water jet pressure cleaning of condenser, filter and cooling coil base bottom and fins, servicing of fan motor by oiling/greasing, gas charging, checking of electrical wiring and replacement of short circuited wires terminal clips etc for smooth functioning, re-installing/fixing the indoor and outdoor units to their original locations or as diretced including replacement of wear and tear thermocol/puff insulation, nuts, bolts, washers etc duly tested after necessary repair/replacement and commissioning complete all as per directed by the Engr-in-charge. Note : (i) Minor spares such as cotton waste, grease, oil, nuts, bolts, charging gas as coolant deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rates. (ii) Major parts such as compressor, running/starting capacitors, air filter etc will be measured and paid seperately as supply only.

Supply only rotary type compressor sealed unit suitable for split type AC of 1.0/1.5/2.0 ton capacity of approved make complet including flushing, vacumissing and dehydration the system and charging the gas refrigerant of required quantity complete all as directed by the Engr-in-charge.
