Add to item No 2 above but for each additional 1.5m or part thereof in depth beyond the first 1.5m any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth, for foundation, etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc n exc10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering & well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) Type D2 (40 mm graded aggre-gate) as in foundations, filling and mass-concrete or sub base of floor/ hard standing/ footpath complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with old size full brick subclass ‘B’ burnt clay bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on other than fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for Cement concrete (1:2:4) ,Type B1 ( using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, , copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B2 (40mm graded stone agg) as in mass concrete for surface channels and drains and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitered/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for reinforced precast cement concrete (1:2:4), type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc), shelves and similar articles with plain faces including necessary form work, set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed

S&F framed work as in iron enclosure, doors or gate of angle iron or other section with gussets plate, rails, braces etc drilled for fixing of steel seating other covering, door etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel handing door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging, also fastening and fixing conforming to Fe-290 (Gde-E-165) complete all as specified and as directed. S&F welded steel wire fabric, weight per sqm not exc 4kg as extra reinforcement to RCC member like ceiling, beam, chhajja, columns, parapet walls, waste slab, stair case etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for hard core of broken boulders/stone of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spreading, leveling watering and well ramming to true surface in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick each layer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2, (40 mm graded stone agg) as in sub base of floor/ hardstanding/ footpath complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (20 mm graded stone agg) as in flooring, finished even and smooth with using extra cement, laid in pannel with and including 4 mm thick, 38mm wide glass dividing strips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6), type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection, surface finished even & smooth without using extra cement, with and including joint filling (Size 30mm deep x 10mm wide) with sealing compound grade-A at 3m interwal and corner complete all as specified and directed. Note : Joint to be provided at each interval of 3m and corner and cost of the same deemed included in quoted rate.

Taking down PVC shoe 100 mm dia from existing PVC pipe fixed to walls including removal of adhesive or cutting of 100 mm PVC pipe carefully and supply and fixing PVC bend 100 mm dia any radius to existing pipe with adhesive complete all as specified and directed

150 mm bore

M&L for dirilling hole of 300mm dia bore by drilling machine upto a depth of 25 mtrs below ground level in any type of soil strata including hard stone /boulders for insertion of ERW pipe and removing excavated material to a distance n.ex 50 mtrs, errection/removal of tools & plant of all machinary at site after completion of work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lowering M S ERW pipe of 200 mm nominal dia bore with slotted threaded & socket jointed having minimum 9.5 mm thickness of pipe with casing bail plug ( casing shoe ) in the bore hole upto 25 mtr below ground level/ excavated level complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and filling pea gravel of size varing from 4 mm to 8 mm size filled in gap between bore hole and casing pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying in position filter media consisting of coarse sand/ coarse aggregate of size varing from 0.5 to 1 mm complete all specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying in position filter media consisting of pea gravels of size varing from 10 mm to 20 mm complete all specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement Concrete/ road surface incl carpeting/ WBM/Soling of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as directed
