Providing Two Nos. of (Type- Diesel) 6plus1 seater, like Mahindra Bolero or equivalent vehicle of 2022 and above model on hire basis for 1500 kms/ month & on 12 hrs. duty basis for conveyance of Shift Engineers at NPH and emergency requirement conveyance for a period of 2 years (extendable by one more year on the performance of the agency and condition of the vehicle)

The bidder should have experience in providing vehicles viz. Car/Boleros/ Force Cruiser/Tata Sumo services ( providing vehicle/s with driver/s ) in the preceding five years i.e 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26. in proof of this, bidder should submit copy of work order for a period of atleast one year(in a single work order) or submit single work order copy(including its extensions if any) of value not less than Rs. 15.5 Lakhs and corresponding Satisfactory work completion/ Work done certificate issued by competent authority ( in case of state / central Govt/undertaking from the officers not below the rank of executive engineer or equivalent cadre and in case of KPCL not below the rank of Chief Engineer ). ( 10% weightage applicable as per KTPP rules will be considered.)

The bidder should have in the last five years i.e.,2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26 achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial annual turnover or average annual turnover of Rs.31.05 Lakhs and as proof of turnover duly certified by chartered accountant shall furnished A weightage of 10% per year is applicable to previous annual turn over to bring the current price level of 2026-27
