Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles. Complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks,exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar,complete set in CM 1:6 TYPE C1 1:3:6. Complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick/concrete walls, finished even and smooth without using extra cement Complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement based paint Complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. Complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and including pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey pigment cement and pigments including Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 for laying floor finishes. Complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 40mm graded aggregate 100mm thick Complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment Complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation Complete all as specified and directed.

Providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, 25mm thick (measured solid),Type B 0, 1:2:4 (12.5 mm stone aggregate) including all mouldings including Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 for laying floor finishes. Complete all as specified and directed.
