HIRING OF ANNUAL MAINTENANCE SERVICES OF BCPL OFC NETWORK AND FOOT PATROLLING ALONG GAS PIPELINE NETWORK

A1 Long Text: Maintenance of OFC Network and Foot Patrolling Of BCPL Pipeline with 3 Skilled + 8 Un-Skilled. Contractor has to pay wages to all the eleven contract workers as per the minimum wages notified by the Office of the Chief Labour Commissioner (C) and BCPL's management. Payment to the contractor will be made as per the actual wage register (format with wage components, as mentioned in the tender) of the contract workers. (This item not to be quoted by the bidders)

A2 Long Text: Contractor's profit for SOR A1 which also includes bare minimum accessories and spares required for Maintenance of OFC network (as mentioned in the tender) (Value to be quoted by bidder, quoted value cannot be in ‘zero’ or ‘negative’)

B1 Long Text: Payment towards 02 sets of Uniform, 01 No Of Safety Helmet, 01 pair of Safety Shoes, 02 pairs of Socks. The same shall be released upon submission of documentary proof against purchase & distribution to all 11 workers. (This item not to be quoted by the bidders)

B2 Long Text: Payment towards Medical Check-up. The same shall be released upon submission of documentary proof against submission of medical reports to the Zonal Factory Office. The tests required are: 1. BRE, 2. ECG, 3. PFT, 4. Audiometry (only for 3 plant workers), 5. Eye Examination (only for 3 plant workers) (This item not to be quoted by the bidders)

C1 Long Text: Hiring of OTDR for maintenance purpose during the contract period

C2 Long Text: Hiring of Fusion Splicing Machine for maintenance purpose during the contract period

C3 Long Text: Hiring of Laser Source and Power Meter for maintenance purpose during the contract period

C4 Long Text: Monthly Fixed Charge for a Bolero (AC) with commercial registration including all maintenance expenses. Vehicle should be in good running condition and should not older more than 7 years from date of registration.

C5 Long Text: Per kilometer running charge for Bolero (AC). Contractor will be paid at the prevailing rates in BCPL per Kilometer (This item not to be quoted by the bidders)

D1 Long Text: Attending and commissioning or restoration of Optical Fiber Cable at site of any OFC Network of BCPL other than mentioned in the scope of work

D2 Long Text: Rerouting/Laying of OFC Site Survey

D3 Long Text: Laying of HDPE Duct through HDD

D4 Long Text: Installation of Jointing Pit with Supply
