Centrifuging of Transformer Oil of 315MVA ICT-II alongwith other associated Works at 400KV Substation Bareilly under E.400KV Substation Division, Bareilly with all cost of men,Misc, consumables,Normal and special T&P, centrifuging machine with operator etc. Required for satisfactory completion of the work with all due care of safety & precautions as per Technical specifications and direction of the Supervising engineer as per details Below-:

Removal of jumpers of HV / LV / IV side of T/F the scope of work involves opening of nuts and bolts and removal of jumpers and removal of bushing clamps if required andJumpering of HV/LV/IV side bushing of T/F after centrifuging of Oil. The scope of work involves tightening of bushing clamps with appropriate size nut &bolts , replacement of clamp and jumper if required and associated work to complete the job satisfactorily.

Centrifuging/Dehydration of the Complete T/F Oil in315MVA ICT-II by Ultra High Vacuum oil filtration Plant after contenting the Centrifuging Ripe with ICT Tank to Oil Filtration Plant including taking the BDV, PPM Values of Oil & IR Values of ICT Bushings periodically (even 02 Hrs.) till the required values are achieved. Centrifuging machine alongwith operator and associated T&P, Testing kits (PPM, BDV & IR) shall be arranged by contractor. The operator must record all parameters (as per standard).
