Construction of Sump side gantry at Lift Irrigation Cum dewatering Scheme Chainabal of MISD Pattan.

Providing and fixing of sump side gantry over the plate form by way of Erection of vertical columns fabricated out of ISMB-150 (02 no- 8 rft long) and erection of horizontal members out of ISMB 150 – (01 no 6rft long). The job includes P/F of base and top plates to the ends of of the girders of size 200mmx 200mm square fabricated out of 6mm thick MS sheets. ISMB-150 = 2x 8’ + 1x 6' = 22' = 6.7 mtr = 14.9 kg/m = 100 kg MS plates 6mm (200mm x 200mm) = 04 no = 8 kg P/F of ISMC -100, ( 20 rft long – 01 no) and ISA – 50x50x5 – ( 01 no 10 rft long) for support to the vertical columns at the top and and bottom by welding arrangement. ISMC-100 = 20' = 6mtr @ 9.2 kg/m = 55.2 kg ISA 50x50x5 = 10' = 3 mtr @ 7.6kg/m = 23 kg

Laying of concrete block in M15 grade mix of size 7 ft x 2ft x 2ft over already constructed retaining wall. The job includes form work and head load.

Painting of the gantry with two coats of red oxide paint followed by two coats of oil based paint in green colour.

Providing and installation of chain pulley block with lift height of 06 mtrs (Preferred makes: Indef/ Pullift/ Elephant). The Chain pulley block shall be provided with manufacturer’s test certificate.
