Taking Down Wooden Door/Window Shutters of any description exc 1 sq. m and n exc 2 sq. m each etc. & depositing materials in NADP Store Section etc. complete all as per direction Engineer-In-Charge.

Taking Down Wooden ventilator Shutters of any description n exc 1 sq. m each etc. & depositing materials in NADP Store Section etc. complete all as per direction Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L Dismantling of Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets etc. Complete all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Fixing only Fibre insulation boards fixing in ceiling, ordinary type,. and fixed or laid/inserted to GI/Aluminium framework with screws, etc. Complete all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to NADP store and rubbish off the premises etc. complete all as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in in cement mortar or cement lime mortar etc. Complete all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in Cement Mortar of Ratio 1:4 and curing, etc. Complete all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

S & F Anodised Aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators, with fix/track as per site requirement, fixing in brick/concrete surface with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing, screw, rubber packing etc. Complete all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

S & F Anodised Aluminum window and ventilator shutters, fixed type, without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 Kg/m including necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodized aluminium snap beading screws, rubber packing etc. Complete all as per direction of Egineer-In-Charge.

S & F Anodised aluminium window and ventilator sliding shutters, side hung type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 no.). hinges type B-21 100mm long (2 no.) suitable handle (1 no.) complete all as specified etc. Complete all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

S & F Glass Doors 12mm thick/toughened glass..

S & F Sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing, 4.8 mm thick, size in square/ rectangle exc. 0.50 sqm in each pane to fix in alluminium fitting of door window, ventilators, partition shutters etc, make- Modiguard/Saint-globin/ ISI mark only accepted complete all as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for rendering/plastering 12 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finished surfaces even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement), curing etc. Complete all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

M & L for Preparing New plastered surfaces and applying plaster of paris putty of 1 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces etc. Complete all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for fixing vitrified ceramic tiles 10 mm thk. I st quality (Premium), polished area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm, in floors/Skirting & color as per site requirement. Tiles are as per IS specification Make - ASIAN / SOMANI / KAJARIA / JOHNSON or its equivalent only, with bedding layer of 30 mm thick in C. M. 1:4, or jointed with tiles adhesive such as Pidilite, Farainsto, CICO, Choksey etc., Filling of joints with white or colour pigments to match the shade of tiles, curing etc. including cutting of room doors & re-fixing the same etc. complete, as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for P.C.C. in floor / hard standing, 100 mm thick, Type- B1, 1:2:4 mix (using 20 mm graded aggregate) with finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement, Spike rolling to surfaces or making impression of expanded matel, whilst the concrete is green, compaction of concrete with vibrator using necessary formwork, curing etc. Complete all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

M & L Cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) for coping over wall, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating with necessary formwork, compaction with suitable vibrator, curing etc. complete all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

S & F 2nd class hard wood 25 mm thich (width of battens 100-150 mm) for Boarding in Floors and Skirting, Planed one side & edges tongued and grooved or rebated, and fixed with screws etc. Complete all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

S&F Granite stone texure Painting 02 coats on wall, sill, soffite etc. 6-8 sqm/Kg/layer (thickness of dry film: 30mm . The actual consumption difference exists due to the substrate roughness). Recoating time gretter than 24 hours with 02 coats texturized white primer (primer AQ075) for walls etc. Complete all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L Roller Blinders fixed in window…......

M&L Granite stone work (Z-Black) 25mm thick (table rubbed and polished) on floor, stair case steps, window sills, cooking platforms etc. (of 1st quality), machine cut, bedded and jointed with white cement (1:2) using marble dust or admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone, with necessary chamfering, nosing on edge of stone for steps and skirting etc , using bedding layer of 30 mm thick in C. M. 1:4, curing etc. Complete all as per direction of Engineer- In-Charge.

S & F Point wiring One light point or one fan point controlled by one switch with cables 1.5 sq. mm size, PVC sheathed cable, wiring with Copper conductor cables in PVC casing & caping (Make:- Polycab, Havells, Finolex or its equivalant) drawn through PVC 1” conduit pipe having 25 mm & 2 mm thick with all accessories & continue run earth wire 14 SWG, etc. Complete all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

S& F Modular switch socket outlet 3 pin 5 amp' flush type on the same board with other switches (Make:- Polycab, Havells, Finolex or its equivalant) etc. Complete all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

S & F Modular switch 1 way 6A, 1 module 240 V, (Make- Polycab, Havells, Finolex or its equivalant). Complete all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge
