100.59.1:Cutting the bituminous / concrete roads with cutting machine for a minimum depth of 200mm along the sides of proposed alignment of the pipe to be laid without causing any damage to other utilities, including the charges for hire and conveyance of tools and plant, cost of consumables and charges for lighting, watching, ribbon fencing, caution boards, traffic diversion, and as per the direction of departmental officers etc. complete, before carrying out the demolition of bituminous / concrete road by mechanical means and carrying out the excavation.

15.43.2:Dismantling manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer -in-Charge:Bituminous road

16.83:Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

100.1.1:Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc., including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth up to 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc., and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50m, in all kinds of soil.

100.1.2:Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc., including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth exceeding 1.5m but not exceeding 3m, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc., and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50m, in all kinds of soil.

100.8.1:Fencing one side of trenches, 1.50m height with two rows of 10cm plastic caution tape in vertical casuarina pole (girth 15cm to 24cm) fixed at 2m intervals.

100.7.1:Bailing out water with 5HP engine and pump set including conveyance to the site, erecting, dismantling and taking back of engine and pump, cost of fuel lubricating oil and other stores pay of staff etc., complete.

100.98.1008:Engaging Coolie.

100.98.216:Supply of PVC Pipe, 6kg/cm2, 160mm Dia.

100.9.11:Laying uPVC pipes of class 2 to class 6 and specials, lowering to the trenches already made, placing in position aligning the pipeline to the lines and levels and jointing the pipes and specials with solvent cement and testing the pipeline with water to the required test pressure (excluding cost of pipes and specials): 160 mm nominal outside diameter pipes.

100.31.1.4:Conveying and fixing C.I. sluice valves (with cap) by providing bolts, nuts, rubber insertions etc., complete, but excluding the cost of the valve (tail pieces, if required, will be paid separately): 150mm diameter, Class I.

OD82074/2024-2025:Interconnection of existing 160 mm PVC with newly laid 160 mm PVC Pipe using 160 mm PVC Tee, 160mm CIR joint and suitable specials etc, complete as per the direction of Department officers.

OD82146/2024-2025:Interconnecting to the existing 63 PVC pipe line with newly laid 160 mm PVC pipe using 160 mm PVC Tee, 160mm CIR Joint, 160 x 63 mm PVC reducer,160 mm PVC pipe, 63 mm PVC pipe etc. complete as per direction.

OD82260/2024-2025:Discarding the existing 110 mm PVC pipes as per the direction of the departmental officers at site.

OD81996/2024-2025:Shifting the public hydrants/ house connections with 20mm ASTM pipe and specials from the existing line to the newly laid pipes at different places

18.34.1:Constructing masonry chamber 90x90x100 cm inside, in brick work in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) for sluice valve, with C.I. surface box 100 mm top diameter, 160 mm bottom diameter and 180 mm deep (inside) with chained lid and RCC top slab 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), i/c necessary excavation, foundation concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 fine sand: 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) 12 mm thick, finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design:With common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5

15.60:Disposal of building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved

16.79:Providing , laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate ( size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub - base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer - in- Charge.

16.84:Laying old cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Old CC paver blocks shall be supplied by the department free of cost.)

4.1.3:Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level:1:2:4 (cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)
