Reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete (T.M.T bars)

12mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

Structural steel work in single section fixed without connecting plate including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing corrugated G.S sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I limpet washers filled with white lead and including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surface) excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 0.63mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/m2

Providing and fixing G.I link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50mm including strengthening with 2mm dia wire of nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per direction of Engineer incharge. Made of G.I wire of dia 4mm

Centering and shuttering including straightening propping etc, and removal of form work for: Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses

Providing lead caulked joints to spun iron or C.I pipes and specials including testing of joints but excluding the cost of pig lead. 150mm dia pipe

Providing and fixing of 3 HP motor of standard quality incld. all accessories required complete job, as directed by site Engineer

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m

Providing and installation including testing and commissioning of 1 cusec dis-sulating open wall of standard make for a staking height of 5mtrs (especially Darling make) water requisite house pipe and delivery pipe for a length of 100mtrs including having arrangement for electric supply, seperate pannel board and starter etc requireed for operatioon of pump complete job as per standard mechanical specifications of the item all inclusive carriages/leads/lifts etc as per directions of site Engineer incharge

Providing and fixing of tail pieces for sluice valves with other arrangements as per site requirement made out of 6mm thick M.S pipe including of 12mm thick M.S flanges/nuts bolts completejob

Supplying and stacking of graded stone aggregate grade I for Grade II incld. consoldation with power road roller of 8 to 10 tone capacity etc incld. all carraiges complete job

Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in-equalities not exceeding 15cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m in: All kinds of soil

Carriage of materials by Mechanical transport from source to actual site of work including loading, unloading and stacking of material: Cement/steel from Divisional store for avg. lead 15 kms

Carriage of materials by Mechanical transport from source to actual site of work including loading, unloading and stacking of material: Sand and 20mm agg.. for avg. lead 20 kms

Carriage of C.I pipes by Mechanical transport from source to actual site of work including loading, unloading and stacking of material: 150mm dia C.I pipes for avg. lead 15 kms
