Replacement of old monoblock pump sets by carrying following works:- S/o monoblock pump sets suitable for clear water TEFC 15 HP motor F class insulation three phase, 50 Hz speed- 3000 rpm, AC supply having the discharge-26 LPS and Head 35mtr working on 415+5% volts. The pump should be fitted with CI casing CI impeller shaft of C-40 having suction and delivery of size 100 X 100 mm. Make:- Kirloskar/Crompton/DJB Approved.

Dismantling of monoblock p/set by disconnecting electric connection, removing the existing damaged M.S. base frame from the foundation by cutting of nut & bolts with the help of gas cutter and man power etc. as required and old material shifted to the store as per direction of site in charge.

Breaking of CC foundation with the help of pneumatic hammer i/c manual & heavy labour taking out the existing damaged foundation bolt etc.

Making of new CC foundation with suitable ratio of gravels, sand and cement as per standard size suitable for above p/set i/c MS foundation bolts as required.

Providing of MS base frame for mounting of 15 HP monoblock pump set complete as per site requirement.

Fitting of M.S. base frame on C.C. foundation after proper alignment/level, Fitting of p/set on the base frame with the help of necessary material as required.

Installation of above pump sets on the MS base frame with proper alignment along with all piping work, laying of cable as per site requirement, taking all safety precautions arranging all tools & tackles etc. and connection the motor from panel to starter.

Renovation of delivery line and Tin shed by carrying following works:-Dismantling of sluice valve, NRV and tin shed from existing system with the help of gas cutter for cutting of nut & bolt and taken out from existing line with the help of heavy labour and old material shifted to the store as per direction of site in charge.

Supply of M.S. black pipe 100mm dia C class heavy duty. Make: Jindal/TATA

Supply of 100mm dia flange thickness size 12mm as per site requirement.

Supply of heavy duty 100 mm dia M.S. bend.

Supply of CI double flanged spindle sluice valve PN 1.0 IS 14846 CI body/wedge/bronze ring/SS 410 shaft construction and SS IS 6603 Gr 12,Cr12 of 100mm size Make:-Kirloskar/IVC/DJB approved.

Supply of CI swing type non return valve as per IS 5312 PN 1.0 CI body , door/bronze to rubber rings/SS 410 hinge pin of 100 mm size. Make: Kirloskar/IVC/DJB approved.

S/o pressure gauge of 100 mm dia having required range with accessories such as GI fitting bib cock etc. as required to complete the work. Make:-Feibig/H-Guru/DJB approved.

S/o different size of nut & bolts of good quality.

S/o rubber insertion jointing sheet conforming IS 638/79 with ISI mark 3 mm thick Make:-Jyoti/DJB Approved

Fabrication and fixing of Tin shed of size 3mtr x3 mtr x3mtr heights made from 2” dia MS pipe and grouting of pipes along with main door. Fabrication of Frame for G.I Tin shed of size 3 Mtr. X750 mm x 18 gauge with the help of J-Hooks along with bitumen washer etc. This includes the cost of filling of malba and CC materials at ground level and complete civil work to make floor as per site requirement.

Painting the above job with two coats of anti corrosive paint after fittings all valves, bends etc in original position with complete civil works and testing/commissioning on full load i/c cartage etc.

Repair/renovation of LT panel by carrying out the following works: Dismantling of all damaged switchgears, measurement instrument, indicating lights, relay, cleaning of dust, spider web, foreign particles etc. and removing of complete wiring and connection at site.

Fitting of the above components in panel with terminal blocks, channels, ferrules, thimble, support insulator on bus bar, required hardwares and execution all allied electrical and civil works, interconnection, taking all safety precautions arranging all tools and tackles ,welding works etc.and painting of complete panel board as required at site.
