18 mm thick Cement Plastering to CC Block masonry with cement mortar (1 : 4 ) ( 1 cement : 4 sand ) and rackingout joints as directed, including the cost of all materials, labours, tools & plants, scaffolding curing etc., complete.

15mm thick Cement Plastering to CC Block masonry with cement mortar (1 : 3) ( 1 cement : 3sand ) and rackingout joints as directed, including the cost of all materials, labours, tools & plants, scaffolding curing etc., complete.

Apex ultima two coats over a coat of primer of approved brand and manufacturer and of approved colour on new wall surfaces to give an even shade after throughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foregin matter,cleaning and also including preparing the surface even sand papered smooth including supply of all materials,tools & plants,labour and all other charges etc., complete.

Providing & applying white cement based putty of average thicness 1mm ,of approved brand ( birla white/JK Cement) or any approved brand and manufuctures over the plastered wall surface to preper the surface even and good for smooth with applying putty over one coat primer of Inspection Quarter with approved brand after preparing the surface good for applying the primer as directed & as described as per condition at site including the cost of all materials, labours, tools & plants , scaffolding etc., complete.

Applying two coats of Distempering on the inside painted wall surfaces with oil bound washable distemper of approved quality (Berger / Asian brand or equivalent of 1st quality) & colour , even shade with a coat of primer wherever required at all heights and as directed & as described as per condition at site after cleaning and preparing the surface good for distempering including the cost of all materials ,labour ,tools & plants , scaffolding etc., complete.

Providing & laying prepolished granite stone on the old flooring 20mm(ovg) thick of approved quality & colour laid over a bed of CM 1:3 (1 cement: 3 River sand) of thickness 20mm(avg) pointing with white cement slurry after removal of existing floring including the cost of Replastering in CM 1:3, rubbing, polishing, washing, cutting, laying, fixing, leveling, maintaining gradient jointing, after removing the old flooring & preparing the surface fof providing granient jointing, after removing the old flooring & preparing the surface for providing granite stone etc. as directed & as described as per condition at site including the cost of all materials, labours tools & plants and all other charges etc. complete.
