Taking down wall panelling of any description and thickness including cover fillets and supporting frame of any description and S&F pre-laminated PVC sheet wall panelling of thickness 5 mm (+ 0.25) consisting of panels of desired size stuck on inner frame work of 50 mm wide strips of 5 mm (+ 0.25) thick prelaminated PVC sheet. The panels & strips shall be 600 Kg/cbm density manfactured by an ISO-9000 certified company. The strips should have a groove 6mm wide and 1mm deep in the centre for sinking the head of the scews used to fix the strips to the wall vertically at an equal interval of 10" C/C between two PVC strips. The PVC strips shall be fixed to the wall using 65 mm long M.S screws through groove in the strip by using PVC fasteners. The distance between two screws shall not be more than 200mm. A groove of 2mm may be left at the joint of two panels for aesthetic looks. The exact size of the panel and correspondingly of the grid may vary depending on the size of the wall.
