Taking down carefully with battens PVC conduit unserviceable copper/aluminum point wiring for light/fan socket outlet, complete in all respect including fittings such as pendants holders, batten holders, switches, sockets, ceiling roses, wooden battens junction boxes sketch fittings, round blocks bakelite sheets, regulators fixed in the terminal boxes and making good disturbed surface of wall ceiling and floor etc to match with the existing specifications all as specified.

Material & labour for point wiring as per colour coding with 1.5sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable drawn through in and including 19 mm thick rigid non metallic PVC concealed conduit medium quality including new sunken terminal boxes duly epoxy painted and 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover and continuity earth wire PVC insulated copper conductor standard unsheathed of size 1.5sqmm for one light point / bell point controlled by one switch/fan point controlled by one switch through regulator complete all as specified.

All as per sri item No. 2 here in before for 2/3 pin socket outlet 5 Amps multi purpose on independent board, including continuous earth wire PVC insulated unsheathed single core stranded copper conductor cable 1.5 Sqmm & connected to earth dolly.

Attending the complaints of non functional ceiling /exhaust fan of any sweep and testing and repairing the ceiling /exhaust fan without taking down by checking/replacing of fan condenser ,fan regulators hanging accessaries and connection of wires etc.,and making fan serviceable all as directed. ( Note.(a) items such as fan condenser,fan regulator ,flexible cable multi stranded 2 core shall be measured and paid separately

Supply & fix capacitor 2.5 mfd for ceiling fans of any make/model/sweep,complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in- Charge.Make:EPOS/NICCO/USHA/UNISTAR.

Supply & fix capacitor 3.15 mfd for ceiling fans of any make/model/sweep, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.Make: EPCOS/NICCO/USHA/UNISTAR.

Disconnecting and taking down the complete ceiling fan 1200/1400mm sweep with down rod from ceiling hook at any locations and carrying out rewinding with super enameled copper wire of appropriate gauge inc replacement of insulating materials such as laminated lethroid paper, sleeves, necessary varnishing with golden colour varnish, greasing/oiling of bush and the bearings, replacement of missing / worn out nuts, bolts & washers etc. and testing after reassembling and refixing back on the same location and connecting complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in -Charge. Disconnecting and taking down the complete exhaust fan of 300 mm sweep from the existing location and carry out rewinding by dismantling from frame with and including super enameled copper wire of suitable gauge of any make including replacement of insulating materials such as laminated lethroid paper, sleeves, necessary varnishing with golden colour varnish, greasing, lubricating, replacement of missing / worn out nuts, bolts & washers, split pins etc. and testing, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer – in - Charge for the following size: Make : Wire : Devi Dayal / HTP Ltd Bombay / Victor Varnish: MODI/CHINAR/ LOTUS

Disconnecting and taking down the complete exhaust fan of 450 mm sweep from the existing location and carry out rewinding by dismantling from frame with and including super enameled copper wire of suitable gauge of any make including replacement of insulating materials such as laminated lethroid paper, sleeves, necessary varnishing with golden colour varnish, greasing, lubricating, replacement of missing / worn out nuts, bolts & washers, split pins etc. and testing, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer – in - Charge for the following size: Make : Wire : Devi Dayal / HTP Ltd Bombay / Victor Varnish: MODI/CHINAR/ LOTUS

54. Supply & fix ball bearing suitable for 300/450 mm sweep exhaust fan any model and type complet all as specified and directed by Engineer – in – charge .

55. Attending the complaints for checking of existing electrical fittings and fixtures in qtrs at sectors area for continuous electric supply including carrying out minor repairs etc as required to make the items functional and replacing tube rods, chokes, CFLs, copper cable , switches, sockets, holders etc as per suitable size and capacity at site complete all as specified. (Note - (a) items such as switches, sockets,holders, ceiling roses, tube light fitting, CFL fitting, ceiling light fitting , mirror light fitting, bulk head gitting etc shall be measured and paid under respective items of schedule.

Note:- Amount of credit of Rs. 63710.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit Page No 106 of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
