Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm (Thirty centimetre) in depth, 1.5 m (One point fivemetre) in width as well as 10 sqm (Ten square metre) on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m ( Fifty metre) and lift upto 1.5 m.( One point five metre) .All kinds of soil including all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer- in-Chrage.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:5:10 ( One cement : five coarse sand): Ten graded stone aggregate 40 mm (Forty millimetre) nominal size including all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer- in-Chrage.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement :1:1.5:3 ( One cement : one point five coarse sand) : Three graded stone aggregate 20 mm (Twenty millimetre) nominal size including all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer- in-Chrage.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for

Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars including all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer- in-Chrage.
