Stone soling properly handpacked filling interstices with Kharanja stone and consolidating with power road roller to the requested gradient and comber including spreading watering and rolling of binding materials moorum or earth etc.complete as per HPPWD Specification 100mm spread thickness (finished work including materilas and labour) including hauling of material within all leads and lifts and as per HPPWD specificaiton of 1990 volume-I and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

WBM GRADING-2 Providing laying spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth well roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of course aggregate watering and compacting to the required density Grading-II as per technical specification clause 405 by Menual Means including hauling of material within all leads and lifts and as per HPPWD specificaiton of 1990 volume-I and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.90-1.2 Kg/sqm. Using mechanical means as per technical specification clause 502 including hauling of material within all leads and lifts and as per HPPWD specificaiton of 1990 volume-I and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and aplying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503 including hauling of material within all leads and lifts and as per HPPWD specificaiton of 1990 volume-I and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20mm thicness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line,grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or Type B or Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508 including hauling of material within all leads and lifts and as per HPPWD specificaiton of 1990 volume-I and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A, Type B and Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 including hauling of material within all leads and lifts and as per HPPWD specificaiton of 1990 volume-I and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1 including hauling of material within all leads and lifts and as per HPPWD specificaiton of 1990 volume-I and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of unlined surface drains of average cross-sectional area 0.40 sqm. in soil to specified lines, grades, levels and dimernsions, Excavated material to be used in embankment with a lift upto 3m and lead of 50m (average lead 25m) as per Technical Specification Clause 307. including hauling of material within all leads and lifts and as per HPPWD specificaiton of 1990 volume-I and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
