LTB2, Spindle in SS IS::6603 Gr. 12Cr 12, Hydro Test , Seat 10Kg/cm2 for 02 Minute, Body 16 Kg cm2 for minute, PN 1.0 Manual Gear Box Operated Make : Kirloskar/ IVC Nasik.

Hiring of JCB / Excavator for excavation works at site & refilling of excavated earth portion etc. (2 No. X 20 hrs)

Hiring of 02 nos. DG set 62 KVA with consideration of 1 DG set standby with fuel and operators etc. (Approved rate by Planning Cell)

Charges of gas cutters with oxygen & LPG Gas Cylinder. (4Nos. X 3Shift)

Hiring of welding machine for welding purpose. (4Nos. X 3Shift)

Cleaning of C.I. Pipe after excavation with the help of wire brush and gas cutter for cutting of saddle and taking out from the pit & making space to carry out the work as per site requirement.

Pumping out the water with the help of submersible pumps of 25 HP, 10 HP & 5 HP. It includes the pumps, panel boards delivery pipe, operator, labour, lubricants watch & ward etc.

Making Lead Joint of 1 No. with good quality lead after cleaning of joint & filling the joint with the spun and then finally filling lead with all material and labour complete.(600mm dia).

Fixing of 600 mm dia Pipe with existing line with the help of socket spigot and welding of collar and fixing the flange in the pipe with double layer of welding from inside and outside for making leak proof joints.

Fixing of 600mm Dia Sluice valve With help of rubber sheet and tighting of nut bolts with warser and fixing along with flanges by using of welding machine and expert technical staff with all T&P Equipment and machinery for making leak proof joints.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: 1 Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work upto plinth level 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (Zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Plaster of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and stacking of earth filled gunny bags to make the bandhs to give the dry condition to work

Lighting arrangement at place of work for executing the work during night hours including electric material etc. as per site requirement.

Making Safety arrangement at site for labour , helpers, machinery etc. to avoid any mishappening at the time of work.

Transportation charges of material T&P etc.

Testing and Commissioning charges.
