S & F high strength corrosion resistant TMT steel bars 10 mm dia., and over cut to length, bend to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and directed.

S & F high strength corrosion resistant TMT steel bars 6mm to 8mm dia., and over cut to length, bend to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc stacking the serviceable bricks after removing mortar and cleaning for re-use and disposal of debris and rubbish outside MD land as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Brick work with fly ash brick, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 using old size brick complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and removing rubbish to outside MD land complete all as specified and directed

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortor 1:3 on concrete surfaces as in ceilings and finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in two coats (10mm+5mm each) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with integral water proofing compound with weight of cement in top layer as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately against respective item).

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Complete removal of existing treatment from walls etc by scrapping with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7/9 inch to make the surfaces free from dust, loose paints etc by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying water proof cement based putty @ 1Kg (undiluted)/Sqm of average thickness 1mm over the plastered/old painted wall after scrapping to prepare the surfaces even and smooth and sanding the putty surfaces with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 Grit or above to make the surfaces free from dus etc by skilled labour as per the following steps complete all as specified and directed: (a) Step 1: Mix the putty powder by adding water as per the manufacturer's instructions and mix it with putty mixer of mixing capacity of min 2.5 Kg putty per minute. (b) Step 2: Apply the first coat of prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having glow speed of max 6 ltrs per minute with a maximum pressure 3300 PSI (c) Step 3: Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surfaces

M & L for applying one coat of acrylic water based interior grade primer @ 0.8 ltr (undiluted)/ 10 Sqm diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI and allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surfaces for painting of susequent coat complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper by using fully automatic Airless spray tenchnology machine with max pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr, the spray machine should be from reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and acccessories for applying distemper in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Sanding of surfaces shall be done by mechanical sander with 1500-2700 rpm with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by the Paint manufacturer)

M & L for applying one coat of acrylic water based exterior grade primer @ 0.9 Ltr (undiluted)/10 Sqm diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 Ltr per minute having presure of 3300 PSI and allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surfaces for painting of subsequent coats complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying Two coats of of water based 100% Premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion paint with silicon aditive and colour stay technology, excellent Dirt Pick up resistance with low VOC less than 50 gm/litre as per the LEEDS specifications and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) @ 1.79 Ltr (undiluted)/10 Sqm for two coats diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 Ltr per minute having presure of 3300 PSI and allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surfaces in both the coats of paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation old decorated external surfaces of wall, chajja, facia, ceiling parapet etc including cornices, pilasters etc including brooming or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss, effloresecnt salts, trading oil, greasy spots and applying one coat of water based 100% Premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion paint with silicon aditive and colour stay technology, excellent Dirt Pick up resistance with low VOC less than 50 gm/litre as per the LEEDS specifications and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) @ 0.90 Ltr (undiluted)/10 Sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions by using Airless spray technology machine with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr, the spray machine should be from reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and acccessories for applying paint in hard to reach areas and penetration of paint on the surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of distressed/spalling concrete surfaces as under: (a) Removing plaster and finishes all around the columns, slabs and beams (On all four sides of column to full height, three sides of beam to entire span and bottom of slab to area as directed.) (b) After cleaning gently removing cover concrete using pneumatic/electric chipper or any other approved tools in entire portion of structural member (removal of cover concrete shall be done to an extent reinforcement is visible) (c) Removal of cover concrete with under cutting of upto a depth of 20mm beyond reinforcement around full circumference and full length of bar where directed. (Concrete shall be stripped to an extent concrete substrate is exposed) (d) Removing visible rust along the length of reinforcement using hand tools as approved. (The Engr-in-Charge may order sand blasting if required). (e) Any other work as directed by Engr-in-Charge to present clean surface for determination of type of repair to be carried out complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Providing rust proof/anti corrosive treatment to reinforcement bars as under: complete all as specified and as directed. (a) Cleaning all exposed bars (new & old) (b) Apply a single coat of alkaline rust converting primer on alround of bars (new & old) as recommended by the manufacturer (c) Apply two coats of epoxy phenolic anti corrosive protective coat on bars alround (new & old) as recommended by the manufacturer (Note: Anti corrosive treatment shall be continuous especially in the regions where pitting, imperfections etc were present on the surface of the bars. It is important that the rear portions of re-bars (those towards the concrete substance) should not be left without coating. Area of reinforcement for which rust proof/anti corrosive treatment shall be applied is measured.

M & L for providing Polymer Modified Cemntitious Mortar (PMM) as follows: (a) Dry the sub strate surface and clean it free of debris and dust. (b) Apply Epoxy bond coat of the sound sub strate using approved spray machine and ensuring that no pin holes are visible. (In case pin holes are still visible after a coat, a second coat shall be applied to ensure absence of pin holes) (c) Immedieately after application of epoxy bond coat as above apply PMM (Polymer Modified Cementitious Mortar) of 25mm thickness (Note: Application of PMM shall be preferably be in coats of appx 10mm thick. PMM work shall be executed in fairly rapid successions so as entire work is completed within 30 mins). PMM shall be pre-packed ready to use. (d) PMM surfface to be moist cured for three days followed by air curing in temperature as recommended by the manufacturer complete all as specified and directed. (Make: M/s. M & L for Providing and Pouring Micro Concreting M-40 Grade as under: (a) Dry the concrete substrate surfaces and clean it free of debris & dust. (b) Apply Epoxy bond coat of the sound sub strate using approved spray machine and ensuring that no pin holes are visible. (In case pin holes are still visible after a coat, a second coat shall be applied to ensure absence of pin holes) (c) Immedieately after application of epoxy bond coat as above pour Micro concreting M-40 Grade (Make: MasterEmaco S46T of BASE or equivalent of Fosroc/Sika/STP/Choksey/Bostik) using approved mixing machines/pumping under pressure via approved pneumatic pump at the locations to be repaired in RCC beams & columns etc. Adding of aggregates will be permitted only as per manufacturer's recommendation without compromising the strength. The rate shall include cost of all materials (except re-bar) labour charges for mixing, pouring concrete, cost of tools, formwork, leads & lifting materials, transportation and scaffolding etc to carry out the complete work complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Measurement shall be considered for circumference at centerline of core thickness)

S & F Additional Reinforcement for repair, rehabilitation work including main bar and stirrups: Supply and Providing extra reinforcement at the area where corrosion has gone above 25% with proper over lapping; Supply of reinforcement steel and fixing using welding or lapping or Dowel or Anchoring system on existing system and placing in position, at all heights & depths of high strength deformed weld-able quality reinforcement bars of Grade Fe-415 or Fe-500 higher grade conforming to IS:1786 (Latest Version) as per drawings for RCC foundations, beams, column, slab and structures, straightening, cleaning, cutting, bending, welding to required shape and length as per details, double binding wire with 16 SWG black soft annealed biding wire, welding if required to form a rigid cage and placing with proper cover block, supports, chairs, spacers etc. complete as directed. HYSD bars of Fe-415 or Fe-500 grade and other higher Grade may also be used. However no extra payment shall be made for different grade of rerinforcment steel used complete all as specified and directed. M & L for brushing neat cement slurry with 3.00 Kg of cement per Sqm complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0, (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerb or mud stop, benching, levelling course to roof etc rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 10 mm thick, screed bed as in roof in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed. (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid seperately)

Supply and lay polymeric water proofing membrane of weight 3kg/sq.m incorporating a centre core of 90 micron thick HMHDPE film including coating the surface with a coat of water based bituminous primer @ 100gms/sq.m., followed by a coat of blown bitumen of grade 85/25 or 90/15 @ 1.2kg/sq.m. each at top and bottom of the membrane including sealing all joints by thermo fusion with minium 10cm overlap incl grooving & inserting in parapet wall all as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete tiles of size 25cm x 25cm x 22mm thick, machine pressed; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, and cut and polished, including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in with mixture of white and grey cement equal proportion and no pigment complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay polymeric water proofing membrane of weight 3kg/sq.m incorporating a centre core of 90 micron thick HMHDPE film including coating the surface with a coat of water based bituminous primer @ 100gms/sq.m., followed by a coat of blown bitumen of grade 85/25 or 90/15 @ 1.2kg/sq.m. each at top and bottom of the membrane including sealing all joints by thermo fusion with minium 10cm overlap incl grooving & inserting in parapet wall all as per manufacturers instructions and applying two coats of aluinium paint over a coat of primer over the top surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.
