MATERIALS AND LABOUR ETC.(C)-(I) MISCELLANEOUS 28.Cleaning rubbish, sludge, weeds scum, liquid earth, mud etc.etc.from road side masonary drain/ hume pipe drain/ culvert etc. by mathor labour after removing concrete.Slab/manhole cover etc.without damaging the same and refixing the same properly after cleaning as necessary and removing thesludge etc.etc.by using iron pans,buckets including all labour, tools & plants including removing the spoils in dry condition and disposing thesame by truck beyond the road side in conformity with municipal/corporation rules for such disposal including loading into truck and cleaning the road side in all respects as per direction of the Engineerin- Charge. (Payment will be made on the basis of actual stack measurment of spoils in dry condition at roadside)

BUILDING WORKS (B) DISMANTLING, CUTTING CHASE, HOLES ETC. 1. Dismantling all types of masonry excepting cement concrete plain or reinforced, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. (a) In ground floor including roof.

BUILDING WORKS ( C ) Brickworks,Concrete Works etc A. BRICK WORKS  7. Brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:4) (a) In foundation and plinth

BUILDING WORKS (B) DISMANTLING, CUTTING CHASE, HOLES ETC 10. Stripping off worn out plaster and raking out joints of walls, celings etc. upto any height and in any floor including removing rubbish within a lead of 75m as directed.

BUILDING WORKS (G) WOOD AND PVC WORKS C. MISCELLANEOUS WOODWORK 12. Supplying fitting and fixing I.R.C. fabric mesh with covering battens including cost of screws etc complete (excluding the cost of battens).In ground floor. (g) 75mm x 75mm x 2.7mm x 2.7mm  (For upper floors refer to item H(4) also)

BUILDING WORKS. (T)MISCELLANEOUS WORKS: A. SPECIAL WORKS. II. COMPOUND DEVELOPMENT: 19) Clearing compound premises of shurbs, plants, jungles etc. by cutting and removing as directed (Specific permission of Engineer-in-Charge prior to execution will be necessary). (Payment to be made on area cleared)

BUILDING WORKS (A) EARTH WORK,ANTITERMITE TREATMENT 1.Surface Dressing of the ground in any kind of soil including removing vegetation inequalities not exceeding 15 cm depth and disposal of the rubbish within a lead upto 75 m as directed.

BUILDING WORKS. (T)MISCELLANEOUS WORKS: B. MAINTENANCE WORKS : 10)Uprooting and removing plants from the surface of walls parapet etc and making good damages. (Repairing of damages to be paid separately). (a) Small plant of girth of exposed stem upto 75 mm. lift upto 6 mtr. Note : For lift beyond initial 6 mtr. the rate will be increased @ 20% for each additional lift if 6 mtr. or part thereof.

Note : For lift beyond initial 6 mtr. the rate will be increased @ 20% for each additional lift if 6 mtr. or part thereof.
