S & f of Lightning conductor air terminal made of 15mm dia 1000mm long, as per IEC/BS EN 50164-2 (ABB Cat No.- RA 225/Similar of ERICO/DUVAL MESSAIN) on the parapet of roof duly fitted with air terminal base as per IEC/BS EN 50164-1, (ABB Cat No.-SD 105H/Similar of ERICO/DUVAL MESSAIN) including necessary holes etc. complete with grouting on the parapet of the roof of the building including connection with earthing horizental conductor.
Supply & fixing GI (Hot Dip) strips 40 mm x 5 mm thick for horizontal run on the Parapet/Roof/ Water Tank / Lift Room / Stair room / Wall with GI Saddles 500 mm apart incl. mending good the damages to building works.
Supply & fixing of GI (Hot Dip) strips 40mm x 5 mm thick for vertical run on wall with GI saddles spaced not exceeding 750 mm apart incl. mending good damages to building work.
Hiring charges for Scaffolding arrangement including dismantling at the end of work and carriage, for Lightning conductor installation (6 story x 25 Vertical run).
Supply and Installation of Medium Pipe 10 ft. long, 2" dia G.I.Pipe along with copper bonded earth rod and filled with highly conducting metallic compounds / Chemical Gel with permanent sealings at both ends complete with clamp for inter connection of Earthing under ground (of 3 meters X 1no. per pit of 10 feet deep each) to be executed by OEM or authorised channel partner of OEM (Make ABB/ Erico/ DVVAL MESSAIN).
Extra on item No. 5 above for improving Ground Resistance by Furse Cem Conductive Aggregate material, tested as per IEC/BS EN 50164-7, (1 bags of 25 kg. per Pit) to make it maintenance free and provide low resistance in the earth terminal to be executed by OEM or Authorized channel Partner of OEM only (Make ABB/Erico/DUVAL MESSAIN).
L.W.C. must be quoted manually @1% on the total quoted value else the total quoted rate shall be treated incl. LWC as per rule. N.B. Rate should be quoted inclusive of GST. (Note (1) :- 1. Considered 5 metres gap between two air terminals. 2. Each air terminal will have a down conductor, or as per EIC instruction. 3. Furse cem is specified here to make the concreat inside earth to protect Earh electrode for years. 4. Quantity of Air Terminal, Down Conductor, Hiring Charges of Scaffolding, and Earth Pits and Connecting joints depends on the building Structure.)
