Erection,testing and commissioning of steam boiler (Make: Forbes Marshall, Model: Marshall SA) of capacity 4TPH , Wood/ Husk briquette, balanced draft, Boiler with all mountings, accessories, controls etc.. such as 2 nos vertical stainless steel multistage feed water pumps, induced draft fan, forced draft fan, Cyclonic Air preheater with RAV, membrane panel,automatic water level controllers-,Main steam stop valve,Safety valve,Feed check valve,Auxiliary valve,Steam pressure gauge with cock-,Water level gauge assembly ,Switch gears, relays, connectors,Audio / visual alarm ,High Steam pressure switches,Level controllers,Blow down valve with Automatic Blow down Control System(TDS based), Steam temperature & Stack temperature indicator/controllers ,Isolating valve for water level controllers-,Isolating valve for pressure switches and pressure gauge,Drain valve for water level controllers,Sight glass assembly,all inter connecting pipes and accessories-,Magnetic type water level controller with three magnetic switches,Vortex type steam flow meter, Prewired control panel etc complete. The rate also includes unloading, leading, positioning of boiler, mountings and accessories, charges for preparation of drawings, conducting pressure tests and getting approval from the Department of Factories and Boilers.

Supply, fabrication and erection of 5mm thick retangular shaped flue gas ducting connecting the boiler with FD fan and ID fan through CPH till chimney including necessary reducers, flanges, nut/bolts and gaskets and heat resisting aluminium paint with insulation.

Supply, Installation testing and commissioning of 5m3/hr capacity at an OBR of 180 m3@ 100 ppm hardness water softner along with filter along with make up water pump (5m3/hr at 40m head). All complete with brine ejector,brine tank,and pump for regeneration with inlet and outlet pressure gauges
