Providing consultancy services for Engineering Planning & designing of building (G+8 Storey) with 1. The approximate built up Area of the Building 14,000 Sqm : 14,000 Sqm. 2. The capacity of hostel = (A) 300 persons (100 single + 100 double rooms), (B) Two separate block (40% for girls + 60% for boys) 3. Common facilities in hostel = Dinning, Kitchen, Indoor Sport, Reading Room, Visitor Room etc. Including: (i) Topographical Survey of Soil (ii) Preparation of Concept Plan, Soil Investigation of Site, Preliminary Architectural Drawings as per GRIHA 4 Star and Preliminary Estimate, Preparation of Detailed Drawings & statutory approvals from concerned authorities, preparation of Detailed Estimate, Structural design & drawings i/c proof checking, all services design & drawings in MEP, preparation of tender document complete as per CPWD norms and enclosed terms and condition as per the scope of work. (iii) Design & drawings of Water Supply, Sewerage, Storm Water, Rainwater Harvesting Scheme, Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) i/c Electro Mechanical Equipments, Horticulture & Landscaping and Interior & Furniture works. (iv) Design & drawings of internal and external Electrical services (including cabling work), Rising Mains, Street Lighting, Energy meter board, Sub-station, DG Sets, HVAC, Mechanical ventilation scheme, IP based EPABX system, Firefighting scheme i/c Wet Riser System & Sprinkler Systems, Fire-Alarm System & PA system, UPS, LAN, Boom Barrier, Solar Photovoltaic power generation system, IBMS, Solar water heating system, Tube well for Horticulture purpose etc., Audio Video Systems, Access Control System, CCTV, Lifts and Water Supply Pumps, emergency lights and signage system, etc. and as per scope of the work. (v) Workout the selvage value of demolition of existing all building coming in layout of the proposed hostel building.
