Sub-Head I : New wiring in 1st & 2nd floors (For LICI ) & Renovation of EI of BSNL QUARTERS ( 9 nos)

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed steel conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required.

a)(Group-C)

Wiring for light/ power plug with 2X4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed steel conduit along with 1 No. 4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required.

Wiring for circuit / submain wiring along with earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed steel conduit as required.

a) 2 X 1.5 sq. mm +1X 1.5 sq. mm earth wire

b) 2 X 2.5 sq. mm +1X 2.5 sq. mm earth wire

c) 2 X 4 sq. mm +1X 4 sq. mm earth wire

Supplying and drawing following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required.

a) 2 x 1.5 sq. mm

b) 3 x 1.5 sq. mm

Wiring for group controlled (looped) light point/fan point/exhaust fan point/ call bell point (without independent switch etc.) with 1.5 sq. mm ERLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed steel conduit, and earthing the point with 1.5 sq. mm ERLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing of following sizes of steel conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including painting in case of surface conduit, or cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required.

Supplying and fixing following modular switch/ socket on the existing modular plate & switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required.

a)5/6 A switch.

b) 15/16 A switch.

c) 3 pin 5/6 A socket outlet.

d) 6 pin 15/16 A socket outlet.

Supplying & fixing modular blanking plate on existing modular plate & switch box excluding modular plate as required.

Supplying and fixing two module stepped type electronic fan regulator on the existing modular plate switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing following size/ modules, Gl box along with modular base & cover plate for modular switches in recess etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 20 A, 240 V, SPN Industrial type socket outlet, with 2 pole and earth, metal enclosed plug top along with 20 A "C" curve, SP, MCB, in sheet steel enclosure, on surface or in recess, with chained metal cover for the socket outlet and complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing of following way Horizontal type, Three pole Neutral ,steel sheet MCB distribution board 415 V, complete with tinned copper bus bar, Neutral bus bar earth bar, din bar , Interconnection, including earthing etc as reqd (With out MCB/RCB/ISOLATOR)

Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing single pole blanking plate in the existing MCB DB complete etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing following rating, four pole, 415 V, isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing Cable End Box (Loose Wire Box) suitable for triple pole and neutral, sheet steel, Vertical MCB distribution board, 415 Volts, on surface/ recess, complete with testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required.

Testing,checking and repairing of LT panel including thorough servicing of the same , cleaning of parts and joints with CRC, Replacement of lugs and terminals,tightening of terminals etc complete as required.(1st floor & 2nd floor)

Supplying and fixing following piano type switch/ socket on the existing switch box/cover including connections etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing following rating, double pole, isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing of 35W LED IP65 protected Compound Light fittings by replacement of existing conventional street light fittings in PDC housing etc complete as required. Make:- Philips, Model - BRP030 LED35 CW MR PSU GR DX (35W). /SS

Replacement of following capacity LED lamp in the existing holder i/c connection of wire,minor modification if required etc complete as req.

a) 20 Wt LED Fittings (M/s Phillips slimline/ astraline / /Havells/Crompton or ss make)

b) 20 Wt LED tube in existing fittings ,retrofit type (M/s Phillips / Havells )

Sub-Head II: SITC of Submersible Pump

SITC of one no. 3 HP capacity submersible pump motor set in existing bore well after withdrawal of the existing 3HP submerisble pump inside the borewell etc complete as reqd (KSB make) (Model No. CORA 7C/15 + UMAI 100-2.20/22, three phase)

Withdrawing/ lowering of one no. 3 HP submersible pump motor sets from the existing borewell by the help of chain pulley block, clamp and scaffolding as complete as reqd.

SITC of one no. MU-G6( with wide band coil) DOL starter ,relay range 4-6.5A , i/c making necessary connection , testing etc as complete as reqd.

Supplying and fixing of following items as required for installation of submersible pump-motor set as given below :-

a) GI Pipe medium class with one short-piece 2 meter i/c 1.5 inch socket. ( Make: TATA)

b) 2.5 sq.mm. 3 core submersible cable wire (make - Mescab/ss)

c) 32mm Gate valve.
