4.0 DETAILS TO BE FURNISHED ALONG WITH APPLICATION

The bidders shall have to submit Demand Draft for Tender fee & FDR For E.M.D. shall be

submitted in electronic format only through online [by scanning] while uploading the bid.

This submission shall mean that E.M.D. & tender fee are received for purpose of opening

the bid. Accordingly offer of those shall be opened whose E.M.D. & tender fee is received

electronically. However for the purpose of realization of D.D./E.M.D. bidder shall send the

D.D./E.M.D. in original to Tender Opening Authority at the time of tender opening or send

the same through R.P.A.D. / Speed Post so as to reach Executive Engineer, Salinity

Control Division, Porbandar within 7 days from the date of opening.

If Tender fee and E.M.D. is not paid as shown in bid document, action to hold his

registration in abeyance shall be taken and his E-tendering Code will be cancelled for one

year. In the case of E.M.D. Exemption Certificate, it shall have to be submitted

electronically through online. Any other documents in supporting of tender bid shall be

submitted in electronic format only through online (by scanning etc.) & hard copy will not

be accepted separately.

6.0 DOWNLOAD OF TENDER DOCUMENT :

7.0 SUBMISSION OF TENDER :

a) Tenderer shall submit their offer in Electronic format only, on above mentioned website up

to 18.00 Hrs.Dt.-01/04/2026 after Digitally Signing the same. Offer which is not Digitally

Signed will not be accepted.

b) No offer in physical form will be accepted and any such offer if received will be out rightly

c) Bidder will have to submit separate Tender Fee (In the Form of D.D.) & E.M.D. (In the

Form of F.D.R. & B.G.) drawn in favour of Executive Engineer, Salinity Control Division,

Porbandar in physical form so as to reach to Executive Engineer, Salinity Control Division-

On line submission of EMD & tender fee shall mean that both are EMD & Tender fee

should receive for the all-purpose online. Non submission of EMD & Tender fee in

physical form up to due date will cause appropriate penal action.

8.0 OPENING OF TENDER :

The Price Bid (on line) will be opened Dt. 01/04/2026 At 18:05 Hrs. on website

www.tender.nprocure.com as mentioned in Para 3(b) above. Intending bidders or their

representative who wish to participate in online tender opening can log on to

www.tender.nprocure.com On the due date and time, mark their presence or participate

in online tender opening. For more details vendors are requested to refer “Vendor Training

Manual”. Tenderer who wish to remain present at Rajkot premise at the time of tender

opening can do so. Only one representative of each firm will be allowed to remain present.

9.0 GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS :

a) The fees for online tender document will not be refunded under any circumstances.

b) EMD shall be valid for 165 days in the form specified in tender document and also EMD

should be nationalized or scheduled bank only shall be receipted.

c) The bid offer shall be valid for 120 days counted from the date of opening of online

d) GST should be Paid Separately on The bills to the Bidder. & recovered from the

contractor’s bill as per prevailing rules.

e) Conditional tender shall not be accepted.
